Shipping Terms:

Orders are retrieved, and shipped within 3-5 business days. A confirmation e-mail with tracking information, should one be issued, will follow shortly thereafter. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

For items that are oversized or require special treatment, shipping and insurance will be calculated at cost; high-value shipments must be insured or the purchaser assumes all liability for loss or damage.

International buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes, and related import fees.

Paypal, VISA and Eurocard-Mastercard accepted, for orders above EURO 250 however additional 3% (VISA), 5 % (Mastercard) creditcard-provision is charged.

Payment with EUROCHEQUE is no longer possible.

Due to the EC-Rules governing VAT in the Single Market, VAT (6%) is charged to all customers within the EC without a VAT registration number. Those who have a VAT registration number are urged to give us their number with their order, as we are required to show the number on our invoice, otherwise VAT will be charged.

Ordering by E-mail, fax or phone possible. There is no obligation to deliver. Shipping charges (including postage and possible insurance) are additional. Payment in EURO or DOLLARS by International Money Order, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Giro Transfer (see the numbers below). Bank charges (EURO 8 in case of bank-transfer, EURO 3 in case of a Giro Transfer) must be paid by the remitter. All books are in good condition unless otherwise stated. Books found not to be as described may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Books are of 8vo size in original cloth, unless otherwise described. The music scores are of the usual large 4to size, unless otherwise described.
