Return policy;
We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of collation or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, we refund the cost of the book in full, plus the cost of outward shipping, plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

Luchtpostverzending, verzekeren en aantekenen uitsluitend op aanvraag van de klant. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen op kosten van koper te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. Verzending is voor risico van verkoper
Bestellingen kunnen schriftelijk, via e-mail of telefoon worden geplaatst en worden op volgorde van binnenkomst afgehandeld.
U ontvangt zo spoedig mogelijk een opgave van de beschikbaarheid van de boeken en de kosten. Levering geschiedt in principe bij vooruitbetaling. Betaling per bankoverschrijving.
