In full calf bindings. Externally, sound to fair. To 1849, there is considerable loss to the head and tail of the spine, the joints are cracked, and the hinges held by cords only. To the 1800 edition, the joints are cracked and hinges held by cords only. To the 1843 edition, there is some loss to the head of the spine. There are library location stamps to many of the spines and some chipping to the spine labels. Most of the hinges are starting but firm. Many joints are starting to crack. There is spotting to the fore edges, and rubbing to the heads and tails of the spines and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with some light to occasional spotting. Good Only . Ill.: None. Good Only .
