Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

* Conditions of sale *

All books are complete and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. We aim at an adequate description of the items. In most cases small defects (s.a. ex-library plate, owners entry) will be stated. More severe damages or annotations/underlinings will allways be stated.
Prices are net, shipping costs are excluded (for some tariffs see above). On delivered books margin-scheme is applied (VAT will not be stated on the receipt or invoice). On all items VAT is included in the price.
Books will be sent after payment . In some cases payment can be fulfilled upon delivery (libraries, institutions, etc.).
Each purchase can be returned within 10 days after delivery (we highly appriciate a notification in advance). Purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs
If the returnshipping is the result of an inadequate description, the complete amount of purchase will be refunded. Please note that the items will be returned to us in the same condition as we shipped them. Returnshipping is explicitly at the risk of the buyer!

* Payment options *

Prefered method of payment (both domestic and within EURO-zone) is a banktransfer through IBAN/BIC (no additional charge). Customers of Non-Euro-zone-countries can pay via Mollie Payments (a.o. Creditcards with secure payment link) or via PayPal. Payments via PayPal will be charged with an additional charge of c. 5%.

* Verkoopvoorwaarden *

Alle boeken zijn compleet en verkeren in goede staat, tenzij anders beschreven. Gestreefd wordt naar een adequate beschrijving van de aangeboden boeken. In de meeste gevallen worden kleine gebreken, zoals een ingeplakte ex-libris of een naam op het schutblad in de beschrijving vermeld. Grote(re)beschadigingen en/of onderstrepingen/aantekeningen in een boek worden altijd vermeld.
Prijzen zijn exclusief verzendkosten (zie globaal overzicht hierboven). Op de geleverde boeken is de margeregeling van toepassing (d.w.z. op de eventueel meegezonden factuur wordt geen BTW vermeld). Alle bedragen zijn inclusief BTW.
Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Voor bibliotheken, instellingen en collega-boekverkopers kan in de regel op rekening worden geleverd.
Elke aankoop kan binnen tien dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld). Waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (zonder verzendkosten) volgt.
Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender

* Betalingen *

Betaling kan geschieden via een IBAN-bankoverschrijving of een beveiligde betaallink van Mollie (o.a iDeal, Bancontact, Sofortbanking). Voor klanten buiten de Euro-zone kan het beste worden betaald via Mollie (o.a.Creditcard met beveiligde betaallink) of via PayPal (+ 5% extra op factuurbedrag)

We will hold your title(s) for 7 days upon request.
Books from our inventory are returnable for any reason within 7 days of receipt with prior notice. Those books that we obtain from other dealers as part of a book search may or may not be returnable, depending on the policy of the other dealers.

Books listed are "hardback" unless "paperback" is specified. If books have a dustjacket it will be listed with its condition with the condition of the book itself. If there are questions about the condition of a book, feel free to inquire.

Send check/money order with order (US$ please), or call/fax/e-mail with credit card information. We also take PayPal payments.
Shipping in US via USPS media mail is US$4.00 for the first title, US$1.50 each additional title. Priority USPS US$6.00 first title, US$1.50 additional titles. International shipping individually priced. Maine residents add 5% sales tax, or provide sales tax number.

Prices in Euro's, inclusive 6% VAT and exclusive postage and encashment costs. Despatch will be executed at the best possible way, generally by standard postparcels. Air shipment only on client's request. Payment preferably by Giro- , Postcheque or banktransfer to our Postbank- or Postchequeaccount. Bankcheques require an extra charge. Books can be returned within 14 days after receipt. Books remain our property until full payment is received. Alle boeken zijn compleet en tenminste in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken zijn niet altijd aangegeven.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief btw. Verzendkosten bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.
Verzending geschiedt voor rekening van klant op zo voordelig mogelijke wijze. Bestellingen (schriftelijk, e-mail of telefoon) worden op volgorde van binnenkomst afgehandeld en met nota verstuurd. Wanneer boeken niet aanwezig zijn ontvangt u bericht.
Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel met factuur worden geleverd
Betaling geschiedt via bank- of giro-overschrijving.
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van Duthmala totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.


Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper.


Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt.

Books may be returned within 14 days of receipt, if returned in the same condition as sent, and packed, shipped and insured as received. We will refund the shipping costs of a return shipment only if our descriptions were not correct.
Prices are in Euro. Postage and insurance are not included. All books are in good antiquarian condition, unless otherwise described.
Pre-payment is necessary for new customers. Our order confirmation will provide information. Customers who are known to us and Libraries will be invoiced as usual (invoices payable within 30 days).
Payment: Creditcards Visa & Mastercard - Paypal - Banktransfers into our accounts in Germany and the Netherlands.

Alle boeken zijn in goede antiquarische staat, tenzij anders aangegeven. Prijzen zijn in Euro, portokosten zijn niet inbegrepen.
Aan nieuwe klanten worden de boeken geleverd na vooruitbetaling. Bekende klanten en bibliotheken leveren we op rekening (betaling binnen 30 dagen).
