Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

Books are in very good or better condition unless otherwise described. Prices are in euro; postage is allways extra. Books remain our property until paid. You will receive an invoice for doing so. Payments by bank account or paypal.
Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 7 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books is not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

De beschrijvingen zijn vrij beknopt. De boeken verkeren in goede staat tenzij anders vermeld. Prijzen zijn in euro. Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Betaling binnen 30 dagen. De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de factuur is voldaan. Betalingen per bank of m.b.v. paypal. Bestellingen worden verwerkt in volgorde van binnenkomst. Boeken alleen op afspraak af te halen.

Openingstijden winkel: ma. 13.00 - 18.00, di. - vrij. 11.00 - 18.00. donderdag tot 20.00. zat. 11.00 - 17.00.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
