Cette thèse se retrouve à l’oeuvre chez les philosophes de la nouvelle école (Sorel) et chez les praticiens théoriciens du syndicalisme révolutionnaire (Pouget). Affirmer un droit de la force (qui ne se confond pas nécessairement avec la violence), c’est affirmer que l’action directe syndicaliste (la grève) peut être productrice de droit. C’est affirmer également que la guerre sociale que mène le prolétariat contient de manière immanente un principe de justice.”
