1) Vertragsschluss
1.1 Die auf der Handelsplattform dargestellten Produktbeschreibungen des Verkäufers stellen keine verbindlichen Angebote seitens des Verkäufers dar, sondern dienen zur Abgabe eines verbindlichen Angebots durch den Kunden.

2. Speicherung des Vertragstextes
Der Vertragstext wird vom Verkäufer gespeichert und dem Kunden nach Absendung seiner Bestellung nebst den vorliegenden AGB und Kundeninformationen in Textform (z. B. E-Mail, Fax oder Brief) zugeschickt. Der Vertragstext ist dem Kunden nach Absendung seiner Bestellung jedoch nicht mehr über die Website der Handelsplattform zugänglich.
3. Erkennung und Berichtigung von Eingabefehlern

Folgen des Widerrufs

Senden Sie die Ware bitte möglichst in Originalverpackung mit sämtlichem Zubehör und mit allen Verpackungsbestandteilen an uns zurück. Verwenden Sie ggf. eine schützende Umverpackung. Wenn Sie die Originalverpackung nicht mehr besitzen, sorgen Sie bitte mit einer geeigneten Verpackung für einen ausreichenden Schutz vor Transportschäden.
2) Senden Sie die Ware bitte möglichst nicht unfrei an uns zurück.

- Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaatsgevonden.
- Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen - in uitzonderingsgevallen - te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. Booklets 16 pages and less are not returnable for any reason. Books returned to me outside of these conditions will not be refunded and will not be returned to the original purchaser until the same s&h charges that were originally charged are paid again to facilitate such return. This has only been an issues three times in 19 years, however.
