Alle boeken zijn in goede staat tenzij anders beschreven. Kleine gebreken zoals een verkleuring of gebruikssporen die eigen zijn aan tweedehands boeken worden (meestal) niet beschreven.
Wanneer er in de omschrijving NB: pakketpost/large package staat vallen deze in het tarief voor pakketpost, dat binnen Nederland €6,75 bedraagt en voor verzending naar het buitenland hoger uit kan vallen.
U kunt in dit geval kijken of u nog enkele boeken in ons assortiment ziet die u er bij wilt nemen. U bespaart dan op de verzendkosten. Naast de verzendkosten wordt per bestelling ook €0,26 aan kosten (btw, verpakking, e.d.) in rekening gebracht.

If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

This volume is a collection of maps and plans to accompany the reports from the meeting at congress. The first edition of this work. Collated, complete with all maps and plans. The illustrations include those accompanying 'The Report of the Commissioner of the General Land Office', 'The Report of the Government Hospital for the Insane', 'The Report form the Bureau of Topographical Engineers', 'Report of the Quartermaster General', 'Report of Doctor E K Kane to the Secretary of the Navy' and 'Report of the Board of Examiners of the Naval Academy&apos. In full cloth binding with blind stamping and gilt stamping to front board. Externally, loss to the spine and to the extremities loss to spine is more severe. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are slightly age toned. A few chips to the bottom of the first map as well as to map 13 from Report from the Bureau of Topographical Engineers. The same map also is quite creased and has several small closed tears. Other maps with small closed tears at the folds include 'Map of Public Surbery in California', 'Survey of Entrance of Little Sodus Bay.' and 'Plat exhibiting the State of surveys in the State of Florida&apos. Small amount of loss at the outer edge (when unfolded) of 'Diagram of Tampa Land District, Florida&apos. In general maps are in a very good condition with a small amount of spots. Good Only . We now post only via DHL as weight for weight it is a very similar cost to recorded mail, but is fully tracked and much more reliable. This gives next day delivery to places as far afield as New York. Price is based on an average book weighing 1kg. if your book is very light it may be less, or more for sets and the like that are heavier.

Storende beschadigingen, aantekeningen, uitgebreide opdrachten etc. vermelden we doorgaans wel. Informeer bij twijfel naar de staat van het boek.
Verzenden Nederland
Brievenbuspost versturen we via PostNL.
Pakketpost versturen we standaard met DHL.
Andere verzendopties zijn mogelijk op aanvraag.
Voor alle verzendopties gelden de verzendvoorwaarden van het gekozen postbedrijf.
Mocht een verzending mislukken door toedoen of nalatigheid van de ontvanger (denk bijvoorbeeld aan het niet tijdig ophalen van een pakket bij een afhaalpunt) dan zijn voor een volgende verzendpoging opnieuw verzendkosten verschuldigd.
