Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel met met factuur worden geleverd.
Betaling kan geschieden via bank-overschrijving, of via paypal.
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper. Dit gebeurt steeds in overleg met de koper.

Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd. De boeken worden zorgvuldig verpakt om beschadiging tijdens transport te vermijden. Uw bestelling wordt standaard verzonden met geregistreerde post. Het standaardtarief voor zendingen binnen België bedraagt €4.99. Het standaardtarief voor verzending naar Nederland bedraagt €6.99. Wanneer een pakket retour komt omdat er een foutief adres werd opgegeven of omdat het pakket niet tijdig werd afgehaald aan een ophaalpunt, zullen er opnieuw portokosten worden aangerekend als de koper zijn bestelling alsnog wilt ontvangen. Bij betaling via Paypal is de extra kost zoals die door Paypal wordt aangerekend voor de koper. Deze meerkost bedraagt 3.5 % op het totaalbedrag (aankoopbedrag + porto) en €0.35 per transactie.
