Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

All books are complete and the condition of the book will be indicated as follows:
Fine = as new
Very good = no significant flaws
Good = small flaws (e.g.: slight damage to cover, name on title page, faded colors, yellowish pages, etc.)
Reasonable = clearly read and used copy (e.g.: heavy folds, underlining, creases, etc.)
If a book has the qualification 'reasonable' the flaws will always be described. For the qualification 'good' a description will be given if necessary.
Names on title pages will not be mentioned. If a book has the qualification 'fine' it will of course not have names or ex libris in it.

If the measures of the book are mentioned it will always be hight first and then width (in centimeters). Oblong for example will not be mentioned separately.

Prices are net and in euro's. Postage and bank- or check transfer costs will be charged at cost price. Before finalizing the order you will first receive an e-mail stating the total costs of the transaction.

Books will be delivered at payment in advance. For companies, libraries and regular customers separate arrangements can be made.

Payment can be arranged by giro-transfer.

Books delivered will remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Sending of the ordered books is for the risk of the seller. Seller has the right to insure goods or to send them by registered mail. The sub sequential costs will be charged to the account of the buyer after consulting the buyer.

Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 14 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books is not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.


Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, etc.)
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar (vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.)
Als een boek de kwalificatie ‘redelijk’ heeft gekregen wordt altijd vermeld wat dan het gebrek is en bij de kwalificatie ‘goed’ wordt een omschrijving gegeven als dit nodig is.
Namen op schutblad worden niet vermeld. Bij een gaaf boek staat er vanzelfsprekend geen naam op het schutblad.

Als er maten genoemd worden dan altijd eerst de hoogte van het boek en dan de breedte. Oblong formaten worden dus niet apart vermeld.

Prijzen zijn netto en in euro. Porto en bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.

Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel op rekening worden geleverd.

Betaling kan geschieden via giro-overschrijving.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden na overleg doorberekend aan de koper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

We aim to despatch all orders on the working day of receipt if possible.
Books are very securely packed to avoid damage.
Scans and digital images supplied on request.
Payment by most credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro), PayPal, sterling cheques, bank transfer or cash (sterling, US dollars or Euros) (at customer's risk).
Books can be returned for any reason within 14 days for refund of purchase price. Postage costs will also be refunded if the book was found to be not as described.

We will ship the book upon receipt of payment.
We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

We accept Paypal, cashier's check or money order (they must be drawn on US funds). Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.

We accept orders by mail, telephone, or e-mail. All items are offered subject to prior sale.
Prices are in Euro. No VAT is charged extra. Postage and bank costs are charged extra.
Payment can be done by bank transfer, VISA, Mastercard and Paypal (costs are charged if any).
Books are sent by surface mail (unless we are instructed otherwise, or if the books exceed 200 euros worth) upon receipt of payment.
Confirmed orders are reserved for 30 days. If payment is not received within that period, we are in liberty to sell those items to other customers.
Return policy: Books may be returned within 14 days, provided we are notified in advance and that the books are well packed and still in good condition. Refund of book price(not of postage, unless our description was wrong).

Boeken mogen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden teruggestuurd, mits onbeschadigd en goed verpakt. Porto altijd op kosten van de koper, behalve als de beschrijving niet adequaat was.

Nous prenons les commandes par courrier, téléphone ou email. Tous les articles sont proposés sous réserve de disponibilité (notamment dans le cas d'une vente antérieure).
Prix en Euros. La TVA ne s'applique pas. Frais d'expédition et frais bancaires non inclus.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Al onze boeken zijn in goede tweedehands staat, tenzij anders omschreven. Kleine onvolkomenheden (zoals naam op titelblad of kleine leessporen) worden niet altijd vermeld. Storende beschadigingen, aantekeningen, uitgebreide opdrachten etc. vermelden we doorgaans wel. Informeer bij twijfel naar de staat van het boek.

Verzenden Nederland

Brievenbuspost versturen we via PostNL.
Pakketpost versturen we standaard met DHL.
Andere verzendopties zijn mogelijk op aanvraag.
Voor alle verzendopties gelden de verzendvoorwaarden van het gekozen postbedrijf.
Mocht een verzending mislukken door toedoen of nalatigheid van de ontvanger (denk bijvoorbeeld aan het niet tijdig ophalen van een pakket bij een afhaalpunt) dan zijn voor een volgende verzendpoging opnieuw verzendkosten verschuldigd.


Verzenden buitenland

Bij verzending naar het buitenland kiezen we per geval de beste verzendmethode. Verzending met onder andere PostNL, DHL, Kiala en DPD is mogelijk. Kopers met een voorkeur voor een verzendbedrijf/methode kunnen die melden.

We brengen geen extra verpakkings- of administratiekosten in rekening.

Betaling

Wij vragen betaling vooraf; verzending volgt zo spoedig mogelijk na ontvangst betaling.

Betaalmethoden:

We sturen u standaard een betaallink met keuze uit iDeal, KBC/CBC, Bancontact, Sofort en div. creditcards.

Verder kunt u kiezen voor een reguliere bankoverschrijving en Paypal.

Retourvoorwaarden
Neem altijd eerst contact met ons op.

Boeken kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, in originele staat, goed verpakt en gefrankeerd worden geretourneerd.

U ontvangt de aankoopsom plus verzendkosten retour.

Retourkosten zijn voor koper.

Als boeken niet voldoen aan de omschrijving zijn (na overleg) ook de retourkosten voor rekening van Boekhandel Louis Tinner.
