GST will be added to shipments within Canada. All books are subject to prior sale, so please contact us to hold pending receipt of payment. Any book is returnable (postpaid) within ten days of receipt if received in a condition other than as described.

These rates are based on an average-sized book. If your book is larger or heavier than average, we will email you with a postage quote, before filling your order.

US, and overseas surface mail, orders are couriered over the border every other week for shipment via USPS. Despite a possible delay in dispatch, this method is usually quicker, and always cheaper, than Canada Post. If you require immediate dispatch, please contact us and we can quote options.

Prices are in £ Sterling. Postage is extra.

Books are sent by the most economical method unless otherwise requested (usually airmail to Europe / Economy air to the rest of the World).

All books are in very good condition unless otherwise stated.

All books remain our property until payment is received in full.

Pre-payment is usually required.

2. Cheques in GBP drawn on a UK bank.
3. International Money Orders in GBP

Any book found to be incomplete or defective, unless so described, may be returned if we are notified within 14 days of receipt. Please inform us before returning books.

We take Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), but no debit cards. If you plan to send a check from overseas, please make sure that it is drawn on a London Bank. Checks should be made out to Plurabelle Books. We can also accept payment in Euros, and US $. Please advise if you want to pay in these currencies, as we will have to convert
the amount (and we tend to be a wee bit generous when converting into Dollars). For all bank transfers request invoice number first!

We send all our books on approval and we gladly accept returns for any reason in like condition within 30 days of purchase.
We now post only via DHL as weight for weight it is a very similar cost to recorded mail, but is fully tracked and much more reliable. This gives next day delivery to places as far afield as New York. Price is based on an average book weighing 1kg. if your book is very light it may be less, or more for sets and the like that are heavier.

Andere informatie:
Verzending binnen Nederland kost 3,50 euro voor een brievenbuspakje en 6 euro voor een pakketzending.
Verzenden naar een buitenlands adres is geen probleem. Wij verzenden voor € 6,- naar België en voor € 8,50 naar Duitsland. Voor overige bestemmingen zijn de verzendkosten variabel en zullen wij u eerst informeren.

Bestellingen worden na ontvangst van betaling dezelfde dag of de eerstvolgende dag verstuurd. In alle gevallen wordt u op de hoogte gehouden d.m.v. een verzend-update inclusief track en trace code. De boeken worden netjes ingepakt zodat ze in dezelfde staat als besteld worden bezorgd. We versturen op alle doordeweekse dagen.
