leverings- en betalingscondities van toepassing:

Algemeen
• Iedereen die bij verlorenwoorden.nl artikelen bestelt, verklaart zich akkoord met de bepalingen in deze
Algemene voorwaarden.
• Alle prijzen zijn in euro's inclusief BTW*, exclusief verzendkosten
• Na een bestelling ontvangt u automatisch een bevestiging per e-mail met het bestellingsoverzicht en
de totale kosten.
• Bestellingen worden na ontvangst van betaling zo snel mogelijk (binnen 3 werkdagen) verzonden.
• Uw aankoop wordt met de grootste zorg en waterdicht verpakt - verzending geschiedt
vanzelfsprekend op risico van de verkoper.

Kwaliteit
• Wij bewaken onze voorraad voortdurend. Desondanks kan het echter voorkomen dat er onverhoopt
een item niet meer leverbaar is. In dit geval nemen wij zo spoedig mogelijk contact met u op en wordt,
voor zover van toepassing, uw aankoopbedrag per ommegaande geretourneerd.
• Wij bewaken de kwaliteit. De staat van de boeken en objecten wordt exact beschreven, wat betekent
dat ook kleine onvolkomenheden zoals een naam of ex-libris altijd vermeld worden.
Service
• Gekochte boeken en (kunst)objecten kunnen binnen 14 dagen - met kennisgeving - geruild worden.

• Indien u een verkeerde bestelling heeft ontvangen door ingebreke blijven van de verkoper zal
arcanacabana.com kosteloos zorg dragen voor het verzenden van de goede artikelen. Retour
verzendkosten worden u in dit geval vergoed.

Terms of Sale

Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Terms of Sale

Books are sold net plus a min. $7.99 s&h. Typically, my books are heavier or larger than standard books, and most orders ship at cost + $4 for handling and supplies. I use the United States Post Office for all my shipping. I extend 10% trade discount.

I accept cash, money orders, PAYPAL, VISA, Mastercard, Discover as methods of payment. I also trade on occasion. I am able to extend credit to those institutions which desire to sell or trade duplicates and discards but are not allowed or able to accept cash payments for such material.

Books may be returned if not as described providing they enter the return mail-stream within seven (7) days of arrival and rejection by the customer. Booklets 16 pages and less are not returnable for any reason. Books returned to me outside of these conditions will not be refunded and will not be returned to the original purchaser until the same s&h charges that were originally charged are paid again to facilitate such return. This has only been an issues three times in 19 years, however.

Also, I maintain want lists in these areas, and conduct searches for any title my customers seek, whether in my field of expertise of not. I buy and sell collections and libraries of books in the topic areas listed above and offer collection development service. Books are available for viewing by appointment. I am located in the scenic Amish Country of Lancaster County, PA, 90 minutes from Philadelphia, 2 hours from Washington, DC and 4 hours from New York City.
