Return policy;
We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of collation or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, we refund the cost of the book in full, plus the cost of outward shipping, plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

Bij betaling achteraf svp binnen twee weken. U ontvangt na uw bestelling een email met de totale kosten. Een nota wordt altijd meegezonden. Koper heeft het recht het geleverde zonder opgaaf van redenen binnen 14 dagen terug te zenden. Kosten van de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de koper.
