Ouvrage célèbre et important dans l\'histoire de la pensée et souvent dénommé ""La logique de Port-Royal"", il s\'agit de l\'approche logique selon le Jansénisme, une approche cartésienne et pascalienne de la raison, une association de la raison avec le raisonnement mathématique vu comme un idéal de pensée. L\'auteur fut une grande figure intellectuelle du XVIIe, non seulement comme controversiste, mais également comme philosophe et érudit ; il s\'associa avec pierre Nicole, autre janséniste renommé, pour la rédaction de cet ouvrage. | [ENGLISH DESCRIPTION FOLLOWS] Eighth edition statement. A famous and important work in the history of thought, often called ""The Logic of Port-Royal"", this represents the logical approach according to Jansenism, a Cartesian and Pascalian approach to reason, associating reason with mathematical reasoning viewed as an ideal of thought. The author was a great intellectual figure of the 17th century, not only as a controversialist, but also as a philosopher and scholar; he collaborated with Pierre Nicole, another renowned Jansenist, in writing this work. *
