L'exécution des commandes téléphonées est garantie, mais sans règle absolue ; la disponibilité des livres n'étant pas toujours vérifiable lors de l'appel.

All books are complete and the condition of the book will be indicated as follows:
Fine = as new
Very good = no significant flaws
Good = small flaws (e.g.: slight damage to cover, name on title page, faded colors, yellowish pages, etc.)
Reasonable = clearly read and used copy (e.g.: heavy folds, underlining, creases, etc.)
If a book has the qualification 'reasonable' the flaws will always be described. For the qualification 'good' a description will be given if necessary.
Names on title pages will not be mentioned. If a book has the qualification 'fine' it will of course not have names or ex libris in it.

If the measures of the book are mentioned it will always be hight first and then width (in centimeters). Oblong for example will not be mentioned separately.

Prices are net and in euro's. Postage and bank- or check transfer costs will be charged at cost price. Before finalizing the order you will first receive an e-mail stating the total costs of the transaction.

Books will be delivered at payment in advance. For companies, libraries and regular customers separate arrangements can be made.

Payment can be arranged by giro-transfer.

Books delivered will remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Sending of the ordered books is for the risk of the seller. Seller has the right to insure goods or to send them by registered mail. The sub sequential costs will be charged to the account of the buyer after consulting the buyer.

Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 14 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books is not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.


Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, etc.)
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar (vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.)
Als een boek de kwalificatie ‘redelijk’ heeft gekregen wordt altijd vermeld wat dan het gebrek is en bij de kwalificatie ‘goed’ wordt een omschrijving gegeven als dit nodig is.
Namen op schutblad worden niet vermeld. Bij een gaaf boek staat er vanzelfsprekend geen naam op het schutblad.

Als er maten genoemd worden dan altijd eerst de hoogte van het boek en dan de breedte. Oblong formaten worden dus niet apart vermeld.

Prijzen zijn netto en in euro. Porto en bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.

Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel op rekening worden geleverd.

Betaling kan geschieden via giro-overschrijving.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden na overleg doorberekend aan de koper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

We now post only via DHL as weight for weight it is a very similar cost to recorded mail, but is fully tracked and much more reliable. This gives next day delivery to places as far afield as New York. Price is based on an average book weighing 1kg. if your book is very light it may be less, or more for sets and the like that are heavier.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such
reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Herroepingsrecht

U heeft het recht om binnen een termijn van 14 dagen zonder opgave van redenen de overeenkomst te herroepen.

De herroepingstermijn verstrijkt 14 dagen na de dag waarop u of een door u aangewezen derde, die niet de vervoerder is, het goed fysiek in bezit krijgt.

Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet u ons Scrinium Classical Antiquity, Hollenberg 13, 7121 MC aalten, Nederland, tel. 0543 452757, sales@scrinium.nl via een ondubbelzinnige verklaring (bv. schriftelijk per post, of via e-mail) op de hoogte stellen van uw beslissing de overeenkomst te herroepen.
Om de herroepingstermijn na te leven volstaat het om uw mededeling betreffende uw uitoefening van het herroepingsrecht te verzenden voordat de herroepingstermijn is verstreken.

Gevolgen van de herroeping

Als u de overeenkomst herroept, ontvangt u alle betalingen die u tot op dat moment heeft gedaan, inclusief leveringskosten (met uitzondering van eventuele extra kosten ten gevolge van uw keuze voor een andere wijze van levering dan de door ons geboden goedkoopste standaard levering) onverwijld en in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen nadat wij op de hoogte zijn gesteld van uw beslissing de overeenkomst te herroepen, van ons terug. Wij betalen u terug met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee u de oorspronkelijke transactie heeft verricht, tenzij u uitdrukkelijk anderszins heeft ingestemd; in ieder geval zullen u voor zulke terugbetaling geen kosten in rekening worden gebracht.

U dient de goederen onverwijld, doch in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen na de dag waarop u het besluit de overeenkomst te herroepen aan ons heeft medegedeeld, aan ons of aan Scrinium Classical Antiquity, p/a R. Hüning GmbH, Hemdener Weg 147, 46399 Bocholt, Duitsland, terug te zenden of te overhandigen. U bent op tijd als u de goederen terugstuurt voordat de termijn van 14 dagen is verstreken.

U bent alleen aansprakelijk voor de waardevermindering van de goederen die het gevolg is van het gebruik van de goederen, dat verder gaat dan nodig is om de aard, de kenmerken en het werking van de goederen vast te stellen.

Widerrufsrecht

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns Scrinium Classical Antiquity, Hollenberg 13, 7121 MC Aalten, Niederlande, mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen
ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben
oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns oder an unsere Lieferadresse in Deutschland: Scrinium Classical Antiquity, p/a R. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust
auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.
