· Bestellingen kunnen per E-mail, per fax, telefonisch of schriftelijk worden geplaatst.
· Een E-mail wordt gestuurd ter bevestiging van de beschikbaarheid en met details over de verzendingskosten
· Betaling dient te gebeuren alvorens levering ; de bestelde boeken worden gedurende 14 dagen gereserveerd . in afwachting van de betaling.
· Betaling kan gebeuren met kredietkaart (VISA of MASTERCARD, AMEX) of per overschrijving naar Belgische bankrekening.

We now post only via DHL as weight for weight it is a very similar cost to recorded mail, but is fully tracked and much more reliable. This gives next day delivery to places as far afield as New York.
