Rare and interesting book on the art of mezzotint (zwarte kunst prenten) making. History of the mezzotint from the invention of art till 1791. A nice insight into the opinion about printmaking in 1791.Decorated paper binding, 12°. Interior with pages with some frayes. On the titlepage the stamp Bibliotheek Pulchri.
