Terms of Sale

Books are complete and in good condition, unless otherwise mentioned.
Method of payment:
- Money transfer (inside the EU without extra charges, outside the EU bankingcosts: E 3,50)
- cheque: (bankingcosts: E 12,50)
- paypal, credit cards via paypal
Bankingcosts are due to buyer.

Books are returnable and refundable (excl. shipping costs) within 7 days after receipt. If the book itself or its condition was misrepresented the shipping costs will be refunded as well.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat, tenzij anders vermeld. Kleine gebreken zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken, zijn niet altijd vermeld.
Prijzen zijn incl. BTW.

In een orderbevestiging vermelden wij het totaalbedrag van de bestelling, incl. de verzendkosten.
De verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Boeken worden binnen een week na ontvangst van de betaling verzonden.
Betaling kan geschieden middels giro-/bankoverschrijving.

De koper behoudt het recht om de bestelling binnen 7 dagen te retourneren, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (excl. verzendkosten)zal plaatsvinden. In het geval van onjuiste beschrijving of verborgen gebreken wordt het gehele aankoopbedrag (incl. verzendkosten) vergoed.

invoiced. Returns accepted upon notification within 7 days of receipt.
Mass. residents add 5% sales tax.

Books from our inventory are returnable for any reason within 7 days of receipt with prior notice. Those books that we obtain from other dealers as part of a book search may or may not be returnable, depending on the policy of the other dealers.

Books listed are "hardback" unless "paperback" is specified. If books have a dustjacket it will be listed with its condition with the condition of the book itself. If there are questions about the condition of a book, feel free to inquire.

We trade books according the rules of the I.L.A.B. (International League of Antiquarian Booksellers) of which we are a member. Prices are net. Shipping is not included. We charge shipping costs at the rates of the Belgian Postal Services. In our order confirmation we state the actual costs. Books can be returned within 10 days after delivery with our explicit consent if they do not correspond to the description. We send all our books on approval and we gladly accept returns for any reason in like condition within 30 days of purchase.
We now post only via DHL as weight for weight it is a very similar cost to recorded mail, but is fully tracked and much more reliable. This gives next day delivery to places as far afield as New York. Price is based on an average book weighing 1kg. if your book is very light it may be less, or more for sets and the like that are heavier.
