All books are described as accurately as possible, and every effort is made to dispatch orders the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Books are not invoiced until dispatch. Payment is required before books will be sent. A 10% discount is given to all bona fide dealers.

Return policy;
Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 7 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. Le Flaneur prefers and strives to remain as a physical establishment rather than an online seller, and its loyalty lies with frequenters and chance visitors. Thus, in principle, books are cheaper in the shop, and a select and increasing part of the collection is not available for distance selling. Le Flaneur also recommends to buy local, physical, and loyal, since he believes every act including the act of buying (or not buying for that matter) is political which deserves consideration and reflection.

If you think what you received fails to match its description, you keep the book and get your money back.

A note on description: Page numbers indicate numbered pages. Please always keep in mind the age of books when checking book conditions. Books are thoroughly checked and depicted in as much detail as possible (thus the shorter the depiction, the better the book). If there is no depiction, which is the case with some of the earliest additions, please ask before ordering. Also feel free to ask for photos when in doubt.

- Boeken worden met factuur geleverd. Na ontvangst van de boeken dient het verschuldigde bedrag binnen 2 weken overgemaakt te worden op het op de factuur vermelde bank-/gironummer.
- Betaling kan geschieden via bank- of giro-overschrijving, of via Visa of Mastercard.
- Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaatsgevonden.
- Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen - in uitzonderingsgevallen - te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper. Overigens wordt in deze gevallen eerst contact opgenomen met de koper.

Al onze boeken zijn in goede tweedehands staat, tenzij anders omschreven. Kleine onvolkomenheden (zoals naam op titelblad of kleine leessporen) worden niet altijd vermeld. Storende beschadigingen, aantekeningen, uitgebreide opdrachten etc. vermelden we doorgaans wel. Informeer bij twijfel naar de staat van het boek.

Verzenden Nederland

Brievenbuspost versturen we via PostNL.
Pakketpost versturen we standaard met DHL.
Andere verzendopties zijn mogelijk op aanvraag.
Voor alle verzendopties gelden de verzendvoorwaarden van het gekozen postbedrijf.
Mocht een verzending mislukken door toedoen of nalatigheid van de ontvanger (denk bijvoorbeeld aan het niet tijdig ophalen van een pakket bij een afhaalpunt) dan zijn voor een volgende verzendpoging opnieuw verzendkosten verschuldigd.


Verzenden buitenland

Bij verzending naar het buitenland kiezen we per geval de beste verzendmethode. Verzending met onder andere PostNL, DHL, Kiala en DPD is mogelijk. Kopers met een voorkeur voor een verzendbedrijf/methode kunnen die melden.

We brengen geen extra verpakkings- of administratiekosten in rekening.

Betaling

Wij vragen betaling vooraf; verzending volgt zo spoedig mogelijk na ontvangst betaling.

We sturen u standaard een betaallink met keuze uit iDeal, KBC/CBC, Bancontact, Sofort en div. creditcards.

Verder kunt u kiezen voor een reguliere bankoverschrijving en Paypal.

Retourvoorwaarden

Boeken kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, in originele staat, goed verpakt en gefrankeerd worden geretourneerd.

Retourkosten zijn voor koper.
