Any purchase can be returned within 7 calendar days upon receipt ; please notify us first by e-mail for return instructions.
The returned goods must arrive at the address of the seller in the same condition as they were sent to the customer. The seller will then refund the purchase cost (excl. shipping/packing costs, excl. return postage).
If the return is the result of an inadequate description we will refund also initial shipping costs + return postage.

We gaan er van uit dat de klant begrijpt dat het door ons aangeboden antiquarische materiaal vaak een hoge ouderdom heeft bereikt en kan vergeleken worden met de oudere mens of de oudere aardappel: met rimpels en gebreken van diverse aard. Roestvlekjes, verzuring, waterschade, scheurtjes, stempels, defecten aan band en papier worden in de regel allemaal vermeld. Voorwaarden bij de verkoop volgens de richtlijnen opgesteld door NVvA en ILAB. Prijzen excl. btw [Nederland en Europa] en porto, behoudens houders van een BTW registratie nummmer. Porto tegen kostprijs. Normaalgesproken levering met factuur in het geval van bekende relaties, veelal wordt gevraagd de factuur bij vooruitbetaling te voldoen. Oudere stukken worden aangetekend en verzekerd verstuurd. Koeriersdiensten Fedex, DHL etc. mogelijk op verzoek, kosten voor de kopende partij. Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel met factuur worden geleverd.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.
