Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

All books are described as accurately as possible, and every effort is made to dispatch orders the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Books are not invoiced until dispatch. Payment is required before books will be sent. A 10% discount is given to all bona fide dealers.
Methods of payment accepted:
Visa debit and credit cards; Mastercard; Electron

Return policy;
Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 7 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books does not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Boeken verkeren in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, normaal voor gebruikte boeken, worden niet altijd vermeld. Prijzen zijn in euro. BTW wordt niet vermeld (Margeregeling) Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Vooruitbetaling kan worden gevraagd. Bij zendingen buiten Nederland dient altijd vooruit te worden betaald. Bij betaling achteraf svp binnen twee weken. U ontvangt na uw bestelling een email met de totale kosten. Een nota wordt altijd meegezonden. Koper heeft het recht het geleverde zonder opgaaf van redenen binnen 14 dagen terug te zenden. Kosten van de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de koper. Bij wanprestatie van de verkoper worden de kosten geheel vergoed. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender. Let op: niet alle boeken die worden aangeboden bevinden zich in de winkel. Wilt u een bepaald boek inzien dan is het verstandig eerst even contact op te nemen.

All books are in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Negligible defects, which can be considered normal for antiquarian books, are not always mentioned. Prices are in Euro and excl. postage and encashment costs. Despatch will be executed at the best possible way, generally by standard post parcels. Air shipment, registration or insurance only with client's consent. Shipment is at seller's risk.
Payments into our bank account. Orders per e-mail, telephone or regular mail will be executed in sequence of arrival. The customer will receive a statement on the available books. Books that do not match our description can be returned within a week after receipt and after previous consent. Despatch only by prepayment.
Returns for other reasons also after previous consultation and within a week after receipt. Books remain our property until full payment is received. For payments from abroad, please contact Gamander.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn in goede staat, tenzij anders aangegeven. Kleinere onvolkomenheden, die als gewoon voor een antiquarisch boek kunnen worden beschouwd, worden niet altijd genoemd.
Prijzen zijn in Euro, excl. verzend- en bankkosten (indien van toepassing). Verzending geschiedt voor rekening van cliënt op zo voordelig mogelijke wijze, meestal per (pakket)post. Luchtpostverzending, verzekeren en aantekenen uitsluitend op aanvraag van de klant. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen op kosten van koper te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. Verzending is voor risico van verkoper
Bestellingen kunnen schriftelijk, via e-mail of telefoon worden geplaatst en worden op volgorde van binnenkomst afgehandeld.
U ontvangt zo spoedig mogelijk een opgave van de beschikbaarheid van de boeken en de kosten. Levering geschiedt in principe bij vooruitbetaling. Betaling per bankoverschrijving. Boeken die niet aan de beschrijving voldoen kunnen binnen een week na ontvangst en na voorafgaand overleg worden geretourneerd. Retourzendingen om andere redenen eveneens na voorafgaand overleg en binnen een week na ontvangst. Boeken blijven ons eigendom tot volledige betaling is ontvangen. Voor betaling vanuit het buitenland verzoeken wij u contact op te nemen.

Bij aankopen boven 90,- euro wordt altijd aangetekend verzonden.
Indien ontevreden s.v.p. per email melden en het boek retour zenden.
Betaling minus kosten worden teruggestort nadat het boek retour ontvangen is.
Alle aangeboden boeken worden aangeboden mits niet voordien verkocht.

Returns:
Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return a book. If the book has been misdescribed I will be happy to issue a refund, including postage costs, once the book has been returned to me. If you wish to return the book for another reason, I will not refund postage. Refunds are dependent on the book's reaching me in the condition in which it was sent out by me.
