Following conditions of sale apply:

All books are described as accurately as possible, and every effort is made to dispatch orders the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Books are not invoiced until dispatch. Payment is required before books will be sent. A 10% discount is given to all bona fide dealers.

Return policy;
Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 7 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books does not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.

Offers are non-binding. Prices are stated in EUROS. Invoices are due and
payable strictly net upon receipt. Orders are sent at the customer's
expense. Right of ownership is reserved until payment in full as per Section
455 BGB (German Civil Code). Place of fulfillment and legal forum for both
parties is Euskirchen.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION:
You can rescind your contractual declaration within one month in text form
(e. g. letter, fax, email) without having to state any reasons or by
returning the ordered item(s). The period commences upon receipt of this
legal information at the earliest. The deadline can be met by sending the
revocation or returning the ordered item(s).

You have bear the costs of returning the goods if the supplied goods are as
ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned is less than EUR 40.00.
Otherwise, returning the goods shall be free of charge for you. Items not
suitable for parcel post will be collected. You have to meet any obligations
to reimburse payments within 30 days from mailing your revocation.

Rechnungen sind zahlbar rein netto nach Erhalt. Versand auf Kosten des Bestellers. Eigentumsvorbehalt bis zur völligen Bezahlung
nach § 455 BGB. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist für beide Teile
Euskrichen.

WIDERRUFSRECHT:
Sie können Ihre Vertragserklärung innerhalb von einem Monat ohne Angabe von
Gründen in Textform (z. B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail) oder durch Rücksendung der
Sache widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt frühestens mit Erhalt dieser Belehrung.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung des
Widerrufs oder der Sache.

Sie haben die Kosten der Rücksendung zu tragen, wenn die gelieferte Ware der
bestellten entspricht und wenn der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen
Betrag von 40 Euro nicht übersteigt. Anderenfalls ist die Rücksendung für
Sie kostenfrei.

ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN:
Die Versendung der Ware erfolgt gegen Rechnung, Vorausrechnung vorbehalten.

Innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir für eine Büchersendung (bis 1 Kilo)EURO
2,00. Bücher ab 1 Kilo oder ab einem Wert von 50 Euro werden als Paket
verschickt; wir bemühen uns immer, den für den Käufer günstigsten Tarif zu
nutzen.

All items are in good antiquarian condition (VG or better), unless otherwise stated in catalogue or correspondence.
Shipping costs are always extra.

Any book can be returned to the seller within 14 days of receipt of the book. We will then refund the cost less shipping. Though you're not obliged to state a reason for a return, we appreciate it if you contact us first.

When the condition of a supplied book does not agree with our description, it can be returned at our cost.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken en prenten e.d. zijn in goede antiquarische staat, tenzij in de catalogus of correspondentie anders is vermeld.
Eventuele verzendkosten zijn extra.
Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt.

Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
