levy, d.a. et al. - The Buddhist Third Class Junkmail Oracle. August-September, 1968. Vol. Two-Number Three

Cleveland, d.a. levy, Publisher, 1968. Tabloid. Side folding tabloid newspaper. 15 by 11 ¾ inches. 16 pp. including covers. Black and white photos and illustrations throughout. Theoretical last (at least the last published by levy) issue of this underground newspaper style work published and created by Cleveland poet d.a. levy, continued by others for a few issues after his suicide. levy combined boundary pushing literary tastes with counterculture, radicalism and other influences. This issue with a collage by levy, as well as an editorial declaring the paper dead because the hip community of greater Cleveland doesn't support it. Usual mysticism, political and countercultural topics as well. GOOD condition. Moderate browning to the paper. A few minor chips and tears along the fore edge. Minor soiling. Good .
