Der Widerruf muss keine Begründung enthalten und ist in Textform oder durch Rücksendung der Sache innerhalb von zwei Wochen seit Erhalt der Ware gegenüber dem Antiquariat Anna Petri (Adresse s.o.) zu erklären; zur Fristwahrung genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung. Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Käufer, sofern der Preis der zurückzusendenden Sache einen Betrag von 40,00 Euro nicht übersteigt.
Bei berechtigter Reklamation oder bei Sendungen über 40,00 € Warenwert werden die Kosten der Rücksendung auf Wunsch erstattet.
Unfreie Rücksendungen werden nur nach Absprache angenommen.

A very scarce and unique handwritten recipe book, written in different hands, and including many additional recipes loosely inserted.The bound volume contains a total of one-hundred and six recipes, written across a total of one-hundred and eighty one pages, of which fifty-two are blank.Alongside an additional fifty leaves loosely inserted, all containing recipes, mostly handwritten, some extracted from newspapers. Recipes in this volume include: to boil a calf's head, to boil a turkey, lemon sauce, to boil eels, fennel sauce, to roast venison, to fry beef steak, veal cutlets, stuffing for geese or ducks, brown celery sauce, shallot sauce for boiled mutton, oyster sauce, ox cheek soup, clarified butter, mock turtle, carrot soup, orange preserve, beef tea, elder wine, rhubarb meringue, scotch scones, cheese pudding, white wine whey, and more. All books are in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Minor defects like stamps on the endsheat or a few underlinings are not always mentioned. Prices are in Euro and inclusive of VAT. Orders should normally be paid in advance, in other cases they have to be paid within two weeks of deliverance. Risk of shipment is for the seller. Seller is (after consultation with the buyer) entitled to ensure the goods or send them by certified mail. Costs will be for the buyer.
Orders can be returned within seven days (preferably announced by e-mail) for refund of purchase price (shipment costs excluded). Books have to be returned in condition sent. The risk of return shipment is for the buyer.

Alle boeken zijn in goede staat tenzij anders vermeld. Kleine onvolkomenheden, zoals stempels op schutblad en enkele onderstrepingen, zijn niet in alle gevallen vermeld.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief btw. Bestellingen moeten standaard vooraf betaald worden. In andere gevallen dient betaling te geschieden binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de factuur.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich, na overleg, het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper. Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per e-mail wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (behalve de verzendkosten) volgt. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

Al onze boeken zijn in goede tweedehands staat, tenzij anders omschreven. Kleine onvolkomenheden (zoals naam op titelblad of kleine leessporen) worden niet altijd vermeld. Storende beschadigingen, aantekeningen, uitgebreide opdrachten etc. vermelden we doorgaans wel. Informeer bij twijfel naar de staat van het boek.
Verzenden Nederland
Brievenbuspost versturen we via PostNL.
Pakketpost versturen we standaard met DHL.
Andere verzendopties zijn mogelijk op aanvraag.
Voor alle verzendopties gelden de verzendvoorwaarden van het gekozen postbedrijf.
Mocht een verzending mislukken door toedoen of nalatigheid van de ontvanger (denk bijvoorbeeld aan het niet tijdig ophalen van een pakket bij een afhaalpunt) dan zijn voor een volgende verzendpoging opnieuw verzendkosten verschuldigd.
Verzenden buitenland
Bij verzending naar het buitenland kiezen we per geval de beste verzendmethode. Verzending met onder andere PostNL, DHL, Kiala en DPD is mogelijk. Kopers met een voorkeur voor een verzendbedrijf/methode kunnen die melden.
We brengen geen extra verpakkings- of administratiekosten in rekening.
Betaling
Wij vragen betaling vooraf; verzending volgt zo spoedig mogelijk na ontvangst betaling.
