Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Books are held for 48 hrs pending confirmation from customer. Books are guaranteed as described and returnable for cause. Please notify of any problem.
SHIPPING: USA orders $6.00 first book; 3.50 per book thereafter. Sets and folio volumes are determined by weight. International carriage: Exact Shipping cost; please let us know your preference.
METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard.
Cash with order.
RETURN POLICY: Books are returnable for cause only.

Betaling minus kosten worden teruggestort nadat het boek retour ontvangen is.
Alle aangeboden boeken worden aangeboden mits niet voordien verkocht.

Conditions of delivery: books are send daily as soon as the payment is recieved.
The book can be returned within 7 days after it has been acquired, and it's price is refunded. The costs are covered if the mistake (in the case there actually is a mistake) is ours.

All shipments are packed as carefully as possible. We are not responsible for lost shipments via a chosen uninsured method.
For international shipments, please contact us. We'll be glad to quote shipping options for your order to your destination.

Return Policy:
Customer must notify us and return the book to us within 10 business days to receive a refund, with the item in the same condition as when shipped. Shipping costs will be refunded if item not as described.
