Grössere und schwerere Bücher kosten extra. Der Versand per Seeweg wurde 2009 von der USA Post eingestellt.

We will hold your title(s) for 7 days upon request.
Books from our inventory are returnable for any reason within 7 days of receipt with prior notice. Those books that we obtain from other dealers as part of a book search may or may not be returnable, depending on the policy of the other dealers.

Books listed are "hardback" unless "paperback" is specified. If books have a dustjacket it will be listed with its condition with the condition of the book itself. If there are questions about the condition of a book, feel free to inquire.

Send check/money order with order (US$ please), or call/fax/e-mail with credit card information. We also take PayPal payments.
Shipping in US via USPS media mail is US$4.00 for the first title, US$1.50 each additional title. Priority USPS US$6.00 first title, US$1.50 additional titles. International shipping individually priced. Maine residents add 5% sales tax, or provide sales tax number.

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw;
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad;
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.;
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.

Alle conditionele gebreken worden altijd beschreven.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en exclusief porto.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

Indien de consument van deze ontbindingsmogelijkheid gebruik maakt, dient hij dat volgens de op de website van Boekhandel De Slegte beschreven retourprocedure aan Boekhandel De Slegte te melden en het product binnen 14 werkdagen na de datum van ontbinding op zijn kosten aan Boekhandel De Slegte te retourneren. Het door de consument betaalde aankoopbedrag zal binnen 30 dagen na de ontbinding aan de consument worden terugbetaald. Ontbinding is niet mogelijk ten aanzien van producten die beschadigd zijn, zich niet meer in de originele en onbeschadigde verpakking bevinden, gebruikt zijn of voor verkoop ongeschikt geworden zijn.

2. Prices are in euros, excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3. Within the Netherlands: shipping costs are € 5,95 ; FREE SHIPPING for purchases from € 35,00 and higher
4. Shipping costs abroad at actual costs You will receive a claer specification and the total costs.
5. All prices are including 9% VAT. On request you can receive the invoice with VAT specified.
6. Books must be paid in advance. Universities, institutions, libraries, and known customers can pay by invoice.
7. Payments can be made by bank transfer, IBAN, WISE or by Paypal.
8. The ownership of the delivered books is the seller, until the related costs are fully paid and received.
9. The seller has the privilege to request for registered mail. These costs will be accounted for by the buyer.
10. Each purchase can be returned within 14 days after reception, preferably (but not obliged) with your reason for return. You are obliged to announce the return to Antiqbook, after which the price of the returned books (without the shipping and insurance costs) will be restituted within 30 days.
11. If the return is a cause of an incomplete description, the shipping costs incl. insurance costs will be restituted as well.
12. The returned books must receive the seller in the same condition as they were sent. The risk of the return shipments are explicitly for the sender.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

2. Prijzen zijn in Euro's.
3. Verzendkosten binnen Nederland € 5,95 indien aankoopbedrag onder € 35,00 ; bij aankoopbedrag van € 35,00 of hoger wordt uw bestelling GRATIS verzonden binnen Nederland
4. Verzendkosten naar buitenland: porto wordt tegen kostprijs berekend; U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.
5. Alle prijzen zijn inclusief 9% BTW. U kunt op uw order verzoeken om een factuur met BTW.
6. Boeken worden geleverd na vooruitbetaling. Aan universiteiten, instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel op factuur worden geleverd.
7. Betaling kan via IBAN, via PayPal of via WISE.
8. Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
9. Indien u aangetekende verzending wenst, dan geldt hiervoor binnen Nederland een opslag van € 3,00 per pakket.
10. Aankopen kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst worden retour gezonden; bij voorkeur (maar niet verplicht) met opgaaf van reden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) binnen 30 dagen wordt afgehandeld.
11. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd.
