Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

- Books can be ordered using Antiqbook's secure ordering facility.
- Italian-English translation of book's description available on request.
- Orders will be processed within two working days. Books must be paid in advance and will be shipped within two working days. Shipping cost are on costumer's charge.
- The order will be sent by registered shipping and tracking code will be communicated to the customer.
- Shipping cost: Italy: 5.00 € (0-2 kg); 7.50 € (2-5 kg); 15.00 € (5-10 kg); 18.00 € (10-20 kg). For Europe and the rest of the world rates vary by weight and destination. Please ask about the shipping cost before placing your order.

Methods of payment accepted:
- Paypal
- Bank transfer
- Postepay (for Italian costumers only)

Return Policy:
Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
If the return is due to a fault of the seller, the customer will be fully reimbursed and the shipping cost will be charged to the seller. Otherwise it will be paid by the customer. Please contact us before shipping.

Orders are sent within 2 working days of receiving paypal payment or of UK£ cheques being cleared.

Delivery charges for parcels up to 1kg are as follows, additional charges may be requested for books weighing more than 1kg:
UK addresses (1-3 business days) - £4.50
UK addresses (2-5 business days) - £3.50
European Union priority (5-12 business days) - £18.00,
European Union standard (8-3020 business days) - 12.00
USA priority (5-15 business days) -£24.00
USA standard (10-20 business days) - £12.50
Rest of the world (10-15 business days) - £25.00
Rest of the world (10-30 business days) - £18.00

Orders for books weighing less than 1 kg will generally be processed on receiving your order. For heavier items we will contact you for your agreement to delivery charges before processing your order. Multiple orders are packaged to minimise delivery charges where possible.
Your agreement to a charge for additional insurance may be sought on purchases of higher value or if the order is to be delivered to a different address other than the ordering address.

Returns on books that are not as described are made if returned within 14 days of receipt. It is essential that customers e-mail or phone us to discuss the return prior to the return being posted. Returns on books that are as descibed but on receipt are not wanted by the customer may be allowed, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return on this basis, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).

We accept major credit cards, checks and money orders and PayPal. Prices are net to all. Books are held for confirmed orders only.
Shipping and handling: $9.00 USPS Priority Mail and $4.00 Media Mail within the Continental United States. Oversized or international orders extra. Libraries invoiced.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns accepted only if not as described, within one week and with prior notice.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check/money order in US dollars only; currency in either dollars, euros, or pounds.
Shipping for the average book is $7.50 within the USA and $50 outside the US. Oversized books, multi-volume sets or other unusual items will cost more. Priority/expedited shipping is available and starts at $15 within the USA.

Return policy;
Items are returnable within ten days of receipt with advance notification. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Al onze boeken zijn in goede tweedehands staat, tenzij anders omschreven. Kleine onvolkomenheden (zoals naam op titelblad of kleine leessporen) worden niet altijd vermeld. Storende beschadigingen, aantekeningen, uitgebreide opdrachten etc. vermelden we doorgaans wel. Informeer bij twijfel naar de staat van het boek.

Verzenden Nederland

Brievenbuspost versturen we via PostNL.
Pakketpost versturen we standaard met DHL.
Andere verzendopties zijn mogelijk op aanvraag.
Voor alle verzendopties gelden de verzendvoorwaarden van het gekozen postbedrijf.
Mocht een verzending mislukken door toedoen of nalatigheid van de ontvanger (denk bijvoorbeeld aan het niet tijdig ophalen van een pakket bij een afhaalpunt) dan zijn voor een volgende verzendpoging opnieuw verzendkosten verschuldigd.


Verzenden buitenland

Bij verzending naar het buitenland kiezen we per geval de beste verzendmethode. Verzending met onder andere PostNL, DHL, Kiala en DPD is mogelijk. Kopers met een voorkeur voor een verzendbedrijf/methode kunnen die melden.

We brengen geen extra verpakkings- of administratiekosten in rekening.

Betaling

Wij vragen betaling vooraf; verzending volgt zo spoedig mogelijk na ontvangst betaling.

Betaalmethoden:

We sturen u standaard een betaallink met keuze uit iDeal, KBC/CBC, Bancontact, Sofort en div. creditcards.

Verder kunt u kiezen voor een reguliere bankoverschrijving en Paypal.

Retourvoorwaarden
Neem altijd eerst contact met ons op.

Boeken kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, in originele staat, goed verpakt en gefrankeerd worden geretourneerd.

U ontvangt de aankoopsom plus verzendkosten retour.

Retourkosten zijn voor koper.

Als boeken niet voldoen aan de omschrijving zijn (na overleg) ook de retourkosten voor rekening van Boekhandel Louis Tinner.
