Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy sets out what personal buyer information we receive from Antiqbook , how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, Alpha 2 Omega Books will share it with other parties. Alpha 2 Omega Books abide by and are compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998 (herein referred to as “The DPA”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (herein referred to as “The GDPR”) which comes into effect on 25th May 2018. Alpha 2 Omega Books are committed to keeping buyers’ personal information secure and confidential.
Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data
For the purposes of GDPR, Alpha 2 Omega Books are the Data Processor when selling on Antiqbook and process all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. Under Article 6 of The GDPR, the lawful basis on which Alpha 2 Omega Books process personal data received from Antiqbook is that of “Contract” - whereby processing is necessary in order to fulfil buyer orders and enquiries. Alpha 2 Omega Books retain information provided by Antiqbook , such as transaction information for internal financial accounting purposes. It is a legal requirement to retain this information for a period of 7 years.
Data Alpha 2 Omega Books Receive: Personally Identifiable Information
Alpha 2 Omega Books receive personally identifiable information from Antiqbook only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data Alpha 2 Omega Books receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, method of payment, chosen method of delivery. Alpha 2 Omega Books do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.
How Alpha 2 Omega Books use buyers’ personal information
Alpha 2 Omega Books may use any personal buyer information provided by Antiqbook to:
• process and dispatch buyers’ order/s
• carry out regulatory checks to meet our legal obligations
• prevent and detect crime
• develop and improve our products
• undertake anonymised statistical analysis (Alpha 2 Omega Books won’t be able to identify individuals from this data)
Alpha 2 Omega Books treat all information they hold about buyers as private and confidential. Alpha 2 Omega Books will not reveal any personal details or details concerning buyers’ orders to anyone not connected with us, unless:
• a buyer asks us to reveal the information, or Alpha 2 Omega Books have a buyer’s permission to do so

Data Subject Access Requests
Under GDPR, buyers are entitled to obtain from Alpha 2 Omega Books (the Data Processor for the purposes of GDPR when selling on Antiqbook a copy of the data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. Alpha 2 Omega Books are obliged to provide this data to within 1 calendar month of the request and free of charge. However Alpha 2 Omega Books have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.

Shipping cost is additional to the book price. Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
We offer FREE Delivery to UK for all orders (UK addresses only). All books shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Items weighing up to 1 Kg will be shipped to the UK free, via Royal Mail 2nd class - items weighing in excess of 1 Kg will be shipped to the UK free, via Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel. High value books will be shipped in UK via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery Next Day, or via Parcel Force. All international sales sent via Royal Air Mail or Economy Mail.

Returns & Refunds:
A book may be returned for a full refund of purchase price and postage and packaging if it does not meet the description, as listed. Please note however that we pride ourselves on describing our books as accurately as possible.
Should you wish to return a book, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of receipt and return it in the same condition as received.

Payments accepted:
We accept most credit/debit cards via PayPal, UK(£) Bank Transfer

Artikelen met een gewicht tot 1 Kg zal worden verzonden naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk gratis, via Royal Mail 2e klasse - artikelen met een gewicht van meer dan 1 kg zal worden verzonden naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk gratis, via Royal Mail 1ste klasse of Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Hoogwaardige boeken worden geleverd in het Verenigd Koninkrijk via aangetekende brief of Special Delivery volgende dag, of via Parcel Force. Alle internationale verkoop verstuurd via Royal Air Mail of Surface Mail.

Retouren & Terugbetaling:
Een boek mag geretourneerd worden voor een volledige terugbetaling van de koopsom en verzendkosten en verpakking als het niet voldoet aan de beschrijving, zoals vermeld. Houd er echter rekening mee dat we zelf trots op het beschrijven van onze boeken zo nauwkeurig mogelijk.
Mocht u een boek terug te keren, meldt het ons binnen tien (14) dagen na ontvangst en in de oorspronkelijke staat terug te keren.

Betalingen geaccepteerd:
Wij accepteren de meeste credit / debit cards via PayPal, Nochex (350,00 pond maximum per transactie via Nochex), Verenigd Koninkrijk (£) Bank ontwerp, het Verenigd Koninkrijk (£) Cheques, International Bank Transfer (gelieve ons te contacteren via e-mail voor meer informatie). Aankopen van sterling Verenigd Koninkrijk (£) controles moeten worden ondersteund door een bankkaart, met details op de achterkant van de cheque. Als de controle niet is ontvangen binnen 14 dagen, zal het item opnieuw zal worden vermeld voor de verkoop. Items zal worden geplaatst wanneer de controle fondsen zijn verdwenen het bankwezen. Postage of the books is based on the average weight and size of a book. Bestellen + kosten:

Bestellingen worden afgehandeld in volgorde van binnenkomst.
Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat, tenzij anders beschreven. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen zijn niet altijd aangegeven.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro. Margeregeling is van toepassing en derhalve is geen BTW verschuldigd.
Kosten van verpakking, verzending, aanvullende diensten, in- en uitvoerrechten zijn voor de kosten van de koper.

Orders worden schriftelijk, telefonisch en per e-mail geaccepteerd. Na opgave van naam, adres, telefoonnummer / e-mailadres en de gegevens van de te bestellen boeken.
U ontvangt na de bestelling een opgave van het totaalbedrag.
Bestellingen worden uitgeleverd tegen vooruitbetaling .
Betaling kan via ING-bank in Euro's ten name van EPB Bastiaans, Industrieweg 3 T, 8263 AA Kampen, ING bankrekeningnummer IBAN: NL66 INGB 000 181 3993, BIC: INGBNL2A, of via Paypal alleen voor niet Euro-landen.

Retourzending:
Recht van retour. Bestellingen kunnen binnen 15 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen, zonder opgave van redenen, maar naar voorafgaand overleg worden geretourneerd.
In geval van onvolledige beschrijving wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto gerestitueerd. In alle andere gevallen draagt de klant zelf de kosten voor retourzending. Retourzendingen moeten ons in dezelfde staat bereiken als waarin ze aan koper werden verzonden.

International Orders $17.00 for surface rate shipping (we do try to use Global Priority Mail for quicker service whenever possible) over-sized books or heavy books would be quoted separately.
