Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

4. Insurance is not included;
5. Shipment in Europe by courier or by post;

For Italy by Bartolini (3-5 businnes days): Under 5 Kg. - 4.00 - 5.00 €
For Europe MBag Shipping (25-40 businnes days): Under 5 kg. 12.00 - 13.00 €
for each additional Kg. + 1.50 €

Expedited delivery for Europe:

- Trackable shipping by Courier (7-10 businnes days):Netherlands,Germany,Austria,Belgium, Luxembourg,France,
10,50 € - Others europe country (10-15 businnes days): under 1 kg, 13 € - from 1 kg to 2 kg, 19 €.
