We accept Credit Cards through Paypal (VISA, MasterCard, and other credit cards) designated to bookshopbaltimore@yahoo.com.

Money orders or checks must be drawn on a USA bank and payable in USA funds. Payment must be received within 10 days of order. Check or money order should be made payable to Bookshop Baltimore and sent to:

Shipping rates:

USA
Media Mail USPS $4.00 first book, only $0.50 (50 cents) for each additional book on the same order. We ship book by 1st Class Mail when the weight of the book is 6 oz or less.
Priority Mail USPS $5.50 per book. Flat rate Priority Mail is also available. If a book is heavy or oversized we will provide a shipping quote by email.

International
The U.S. Post Office eliminated shipping by surface mail. We will provide rates upon request based on order destination and weight. We offer economic shipping prices as per US Postal Service rates

Notification of return must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. We will refund postage only if the error was ours. Please contact us before returning any item. Your refund will be processed upon arrival of the returned item.

We accept foreign cheques in all currencies, and international money orders (the latter in US or Canadian dollars), and interac e-transfers within Canada. Credit cards accepted through PayPal.

Postal charges vary considerably by weight and destination, and are quoted *at cost*; there are no extra "handling" fees.

Books are returnable for refund if not as described and postmarked for return mail within 14 days of receipt.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check/money order in US dollars only; currency in either dollars, euros, or pounds.
Shipping for the average book is $7.50 within the USA and $50 outside the US. Oversized books, multi-volume sets or other unusual items will cost more. Priority/expedited shipping is available and starts at $15 within the USA.

Return policy;
Items are returnable within ten days of receipt with advance notification. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All books are described in full, including all deficiences.
Prices are net, in Euro, and including taxes. Shipping, bank and cheque costs are additional. We will quote the total cost by email before delivery.
Payment is due in advance. Institutions, libraries and known customers may be invoiced.
Payments accepted: from Euro countries: bank transfer (free or low cost with IBAN and BIC numbers) and via paypal.
All books must be paid within 14 days after date of invoice. Books remain book dealer's property until full remittance has been made.
Shipping is at bookseller’s risk. The bookseller may decide, in consultation with buyer, to register or insure shipment. This will be added to the shipping cost.
Returns within 7 working days. Previous notification by email or phone will be appreciated. The price of the book (not the shipping cost) will be restituted.
In case the return results from an incomplete description full restitution will be made. Returns should arrive at the bookseller in the same condition as received. Shipping is at sender's risk.


Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn volledig beschreven, inclusief alle gebreken.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief BTW. Verzend-, bank- en cheque kosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per e-mail.
Boeken worden tegen vooruitbetaling geleverd. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel met factuur worden geleverd.
Betaling kan geschieden via bank- en giro-overschrijving, en via paypal. Binnen de Europese Unie kan door middel van IBAN en BIC worden betaald.
Betaling dient binnen 14 dagen na dagtekening van de factuur plaats te vinden.
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling heeft plaatsgevonden.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor, na overleg met de koper, de goederen verzekerd en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De hieruit voortvloeiende kosten worden doorberekend aan de koper.
Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour worden gezonden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per e-mail of telefoon wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (uitgezonderd de verzendkosten) binnen 30 dagen volgt.
Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving, dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourport gerestitutioneerd. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper in dezelfde staat te bereiken als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzending ligt geheel bij de afzender.
