Terms of Sale

Orders are sent within 2 working days of receiving paypal payment or of UK£ cheques being cleared.

Delivery charges for parcels up to 1kg are as follows, additional charges may be requested for books weighing more than 1kg:
UK addresses (1-3 business days) - £4.50
UK addresses (2-5 business days) - £3.50
European Union priority (5-12 business days) - £18.00,
European Union standard (8-3020 business days) - 12.00
USA priority (5-15 business days) -£24.00
USA standard (10-20 business days) - £12.50
Rest of the world (10-15 business days) - £25.00
Rest of the world (10-30 business days) - £18.00

Orders for books weighing less than 1 kg will generally be processed on receiving your order. For heavier items we will contact you for your agreement to delivery charges before processing your order. Multiple orders are packaged to minimise delivery charges where possible.
Your agreement to a charge for additional insurance may be sought on purchases of higher value or if the order is to be delivered to a different address other than the ordering address.

Returns on books that are not as described are made if returned within 14 days of receipt. It is essential that customers e-mail or phone us to discuss the return prior to the return being posted. Returns on books that are as descibed but on receipt are not wanted by the customer may be allowed, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return on this basis, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw;
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad;
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.;
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.

Alle conditionele gebreken worden altijd beschreven.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en exclusief porto.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
