All books are returnable if the customer is dissatisfied within ten days of purchase. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or money order or check. Payment with order except for those customers known to us. Libraries and institutions invoiced with shipment. All shipments within the U.S. are made by UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping charges: By USPS media mail, $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book. By UPS, $7.00 for the first book; $2.00 for each additional book. Larger, heavier items may result in additional shipping charges. Maryland residents must add 5% sales tax. For customers outside of the U.S., shipment will be made only via insured surface or insured airmail, unless the customer specifically requests an uninsured method (i.e., global priority) and specifically assumes all risks for lost shipments. We pack securely in sturdy cardboard cartons and insure all shipments. Books shipped when payment received. Shipments to the U.S.:  Tariffs on any items published outside the U.S. are payable by the recipient.

Methods of Payment Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, international money order in $US or $CAD, cash.

Return Policy: If your book was misdescribed, your purchase price, including shipping, will be fully refunded when we receive the book back. If you wish to return your book for any other reason within 30 days of receipt, we will refund book price (not shipping) when book is safely returned to us. * Orders from overseas will be sent by surface-mail unless we are instructed otherwise.
* All books are in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Negligible defects, which can be considered normal for used or antiquarian books, are not always mentioned.
* We inform you in advance by email about the costs of handling and about the total amount you have to pay.
* Payment in advance is requested.
* Prices are in Euro and net, postage is extra at cost.
* Any item can be returned within 7 days of receipt, a prior email notification is requested.
* Goods are always travelling at senders risk


Verkoopvoorwaarden

* Alle boeken zijn compleet en tenminste in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken, zijn niet altijd aangegeven.
* Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief BTW. Verzendkosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend.
* U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email
* Na betaling worden de boeken zo snel mogelijk verzonden.
* Betaling kan via bank- of giro-overschrijving.
* Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen - in uitzonderingsgevallen - te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper. Overigens wordt in deze gevallen eerst contact opgenomen met de koper.
* Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour worden gezonden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt.
* Is de retourzending het gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is voor de afzender.

Verzend- en bankkosten zijn ten laste van de koper en worden aan kostprijs doorgerekend. (Boeken voor Nederlandse klanten worden vanuit Nederland aan binnenland tarief verzonden). Op verzoek verzenden wij naar een afhaalpunt.
Wij zenden u, per e-mail, vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag.
De bestelde boeken worden verstuurd na ontvangst van betaling. U kan betalen via bank- of postoverschrijving (giro) en PayPal.
Als een aankoop u niet bevalt, kan u die binnen de 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgave van reden, op eigen kosten retourneren waarna het aankoopbedrag wordt terugbetaald.
Is de retourzending het gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten terugbetaald. Gelieve ons hiervan vooraf te verwittigen.
