Orders are sent within 2 working days of receiving paypal payment or of UK£ cheques being cleared.

Delivery charges for parcels up to 1kg are as follows, additional charges may be requested for books weighing more than 1kg:
UK addresses (1-3 business days) - £4.50
UK addresses (2-5 business days) - £3.50
European Union priority (5-12 business days) - £18.00,
European Union standard (8-3020 business days) - 12.00
USA priority (5-15 business days) -£24.00
USA standard (10-20 business days) - £12.50
Rest of the world (10-15 business days) - £25.00
Rest of the world (10-30 business days) - £18.00

Orders for books weighing less than 1 kg will generally be processed on receiving your order. For heavier items we will contact you for your agreement to delivery charges before processing your order. Multiple orders are packaged to minimise delivery charges where possible.
Your agreement to a charge for additional insurance may be sought on purchases of higher value or if the order is to be delivered to a different address other than the ordering address.

Returns on books that are not as described are made if returned within 14 days of receipt. It is essential that customers e-mail or phone us to discuss the return prior to the return being posted. Returns on books that are as descibed but on receipt are not wanted by the customer may be allowed, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return on this basis, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).

We trade books according the rules of the I.L.A.B. (International League of Antiquarian Booksellers) of which we are a member. Prices are net. Shipping is not included. We charge shipping costs at the rates of the Belgian Postal Services. In our order confirmation we state the actual costs. Books can be returned within 10 days after delivery with our explicit consent if they do not correspond to the description. As payment we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. or IBAN banktransfer. For orders with a value over 500 EURO other payment methods can be arranged but this needs to be settled when placing the order. Customers of the European Community can also pay with a direct transfer to my bank account in Antwerp (Belgium). Account number: 320-0402327-41. IBAN BE 88 320 040 232 741, BIC BBRUBEBB . Please note that a returned book should be sent to WIM DE GOEIJ Postbox 520 NL-4645 ZW PUTTE The Netherlands. INSURANCE: The goods travel at the risk of the buyer. Extra insurance can be arranged for at prime cost but should be asked for when ordering.

Bestelde boeken kunnen teruggestuurd worden binnen 10 dagen indien ze niet overeenstemmen met de beschrijving en na ons expliciet accoord. Nos tarifs pour les envois sont ceux de la Poste Belge. Les frais exacts sont communiqués dans notre acceptation de commande. Un livre commandé peut être retourné s'il ne corresponds pas à la description, seulement dans un délai de dix jours après la réception et avec notre accord explicit.
