Firma di possesso biffata e note a penna dell epoca sulla pagina di titolo e al termine della presentazione, che fanno riferimento all'Autore e ad un'altra edizione dell'opera. Ex libris Alfredo Toaff al retro del piatto, con sua nota manoscritta sull'edizione del volume. Legatura ottocentesca in mezza pelle verde (mancanze alle cerniere) con piatti con carta marmorizzata. Numerosi fori di tarlo, alcuni restaurati, nella parte bianca di diverse pagine; alla fine toccano purtroppo anche alcune lettere del testo. Mancanza senza perdite alla pagina finale. Prima edizione italiana a contenere il commentario di Voltaire. Il volume, voluto dall Aubert, venne stampato da Coltellini a Livorno: di questa edizione e della sua importanza parla a lungo Luigi Firpo nelle "Edizioni italiane del Dei delitti e delle pene", pag. 503-506.

Een bestelling per e-mail wordt altijd met een e-mail beantwoord.
Bestellingen uit Nederland en België worden doorgaans met een rekening verstuurd; we behouden ons echter het recht voor betaling vooraf te verlangen.
We behouden ons het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten daarvan worden veelal doorberekend aan de koper.
Boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper tot de volle prijs is betaald. Retourzendingen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst (waarbij voorafgaande kennisgeving op prijs wordt gesteld). In dat geval volgt restitutie van de prijs van het boek (exclusief portokosten). Alleen als de beschrijving foutief was, worden ook de portokosten gerestitueerd. Retourzendingen dienen de verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan de koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is voor de afzender!
