All books will be carefully packed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds. Unless otherwise requested, postage will be through Royal Mail standard services and proof of postage will always be obtained.

We accept UK sterling cheques that are drawn on a UK bank; Payments through PayPal (please email order & await request for payment if using PayPal); American Express, MasterCard, Maestro & Visa card payments.

We cannot be responsible for taxes or duties imposed in the customer’s country.

If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Books from our inventory are returnable for any reason within 7 days of receipt with prior notice. Those books that we obtain from other dealers as part of a book search may or may not be returnable, depending on the policy of the other dealers.

Orders should normally be paid in advance, in other cases they have to be paid within two weeks of deliverance. Risk of shipment is for the seller. Seller is (after consultation with the buyer) entitled to ensure the goods or send them by certified mail. Costs will be for the buyer.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief btw. Bestellingen moeten standaard vooraf betaald worden. In andere gevallen dient betaling te geschieden binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de factuur.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich, na overleg, het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper. Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per e-mail wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (behalve de verzendkosten) volgt.
