§ 4 Gewährleistung/Haftung; Untersuchungspflicht des Kunden

Der Anbieter handelt mit gebrauchten/antiquarischen Bücher, Tonträgern, Filmen etc., die auf Grund Ihres Alters Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen können, die im jeweiligen Verkaufspreis bereits angemessen mindernd berücksichtigt sind. Die Waren werden insofern ausschließlich in den in unserem jeweils aktuellen Online-Katalog angegebenen Ausführungen geliefert. Alle im Katalog angebotenen Werke sind - wenn nicht gesondert angegeben - vollständig und dem Alter entsprechend im allgemeinen gut erhalten. Auf kleinere Mängel des Erhaltungszustandes, wie Stempel oder Namen auf Titelblättern, geringe Beschädigungen des Einbandes sowie einzelne Anmerkungen oder einzelne Unterstreichungen, wird in der Regel nicht besonders hingewiesen.
Der Käufer hat die Ware auf Vollständigkeit, Transportschäden, offensichtliche Mängel, Beschaffenheit und deren Eigenschaften unverzüglich zu untersuchen. (§ 86 StGB) verkauft.
§ 6 Eigentumsvorbehalt (gemäß § 455 BGB)
1. Bei Verträgen mit Verbrauchern behält sich der Anbieter das Eigentum an der Ware (Vorbehaltsware) bis zum vollständigen Eingang aller Zahlungen aus dem Kaufvertrag vor.

Postage depends on weight and the rate changes at 250 grams, 500 grams, and 1 kilogram. Overseas air mail for example, is $9 for less than 250 grams(mass market paperback size), $14 to $20 range for over 250 to 500 grams(some trade paperbacks and hard covers), and about $30 to $40 for 500 grams to 1 kilogram (some trade paperbacks and hardcovers). Air usually arrives in about 2 to 3 weeks. Surface mail is also available. Less than 250 grams about $6, 250 to 500 about $8 to $10 range, and over 500 to 1 kiolo is in the $15 to $23 range. Al onze boeken zijn in goede tweedehands staat, tenzij anders omschreven. Kleine onvolkomenheden (zoals naam op titelblad of kleine leessporen) worden niet altijd vermeld. Storende beschadigingen, aantekeningen, uitgebreide opdrachten etc. vermelden we doorgaans wel. Informeer bij twijfel naar de staat van het boek.

Verzenden Nederland

Brievenbuspost versturen we via PostNL.
Pakketpost versturen we standaard met DHL.
Andere verzendopties zijn mogelijk op aanvraag.
Voor alle verzendopties gelden de verzendvoorwaarden van het gekozen postbedrijf.
Mocht een verzending mislukken door toedoen of nalatigheid van de ontvanger (denk bijvoorbeeld aan het niet tijdig ophalen van een pakket bij een afhaalpunt) dan zijn voor een volgende verzendpoging opnieuw verzendkosten verschuldigd.


Verzenden buitenland

Bij verzending naar het buitenland kiezen we per geval de beste verzendmethode. Verzending met onder andere PostNL, DHL, Kiala en DPD is mogelijk. Kopers met een voorkeur voor een verzendbedrijf/methode kunnen die melden.

We brengen geen extra verpakkings- of administratiekosten in rekening.

Betaling

Wij vragen betaling vooraf; verzending volgt zo spoedig mogelijk na ontvangst betaling.

Betaalmethoden:

We sturen u standaard een betaallink met keuze uit iDeal, KBC/CBC, Bancontact, Sofort en div. creditcards.
