GST will be added to shipments within Canada. All books are subject to prior sale, so please contact us to hold pending receipt of payment. Any book is returnable (postpaid) within ten days of receipt if received in a condition other than as described.

"First Class" Surface Mail: $44.00 CAD

These rates are based on an average-sized book. If your book is larger or heavier than average, we will email you with a postage quote, before filling your order.

US, and overseas surface mail, orders are couriered over the border every other week for shipment via USPS. Despite a possible delay in dispatch, this method is usually quicker, and always cheaper, than Canada Post. If you require immediate dispatch, please contact us and we can quote options.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Boeken verkeren in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, normaal voor gebruikte boeken, worden niet altijd vermeld. Prijzen zijn in euro. BTW wordt niet vermeld (Margeregeling) Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Vooruitbetaling kan worden gevraagd. Bij zendingen buiten Nederland dient altijd vooruit te worden betaald. Bij betaling achteraf svp binnen twee weken. U ontvangt na uw bestelling een email met de totale kosten. Een nota wordt altijd meegezonden. Koper heeft het recht het geleverde zonder opgaaf van redenen binnen 14 dagen terug te zenden. Kosten van de retourzending zijn voor rekening van de koper. Bij wanprestatie van de verkoper worden de kosten geheel vergoed. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender. Let op: niet alle boeken die worden aangeboden bevinden zich in de winkel. Wilt u een bepaald boek inzien dan is het verstandig eerst even contact op te nemen.

We offer a no-quibble returns policy as long as books are returned within 7 days of receipt and you have contacted us before returning. If the reason for return is our error we will credit return postage.

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, JCB, or Solo cards. UK customers may also pay by Postal Order or cheque payable to The Glass Key or by PayPal (to glasskey@3-c.coop).

Overseas customers may also pay by Sterling Bank Cheque, PayPal, International Money Order or Direct Bank Transfer.
We also have a French bank account and can accept payment by direct transfer in Euros if this is more convenient – please ask for details.

Books will be sent first class in the UK and by airmail overseas unless alternative delivery methods are requested. Postage is charged at cost.

We send all our books on approval and we gladly accept returns for any reason in like condition within 30 days of purchase.
We now post only via DHL as weight for weight it is a very similar cost to recorded mail, but is fully tracked and much more reliable. This gives next day delivery to places as far afield as New York. Price is based on an average book weighing 1kg. if your book is very light it may be less, or more for sets and the like that are heavier.
