Terms of Sale

All items are offered subject to previous sale. All books are complete, octavo in size and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Euro; packing, postage and insurance are extra. New customers are requested to remit payment upon receipt of a pro forma invoice prior to shipment. Books may be returned within fourteen days of receipt after our confirmation. Safe return shipment is the buyer's responsibility. All transactions are made under Swedish law.

Payment is to be made by bank transfer. Visa/MasterCard/AmEx/JCB are also accepted if charged in SEK (Swedish Crowns).

We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch. Cheques accepted in £sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Books are despatched on receipt of payment.
Returns policy:
Should any book not fulfill its description, please contact us, a full refund will be offered if the book is returned within 14 days of purchase, and in the condition in which it was sent.
Descriptions:
We pride ourselves on accurately describing all our books, the vast majority with a photograph to accompany the description. Pricing policy:
All our books are competitively priced. We firmly believe that it would be difficult to find any book, in the same condition, cheaper on the internet.
Post/Packing:
All books are professionally packed using custom book boxes, bubble wrap and/or polystyrene chips. We are able to send upto 30kg of books within the UK for the very competive price of £9.50. Books within the UK upto 1kg can be sent for £4.50. We also have some competitive rates for parts of Europe and the US. We can also send books worldwide orders can be shipped at competitive rates. Purchaser pays full post/packing costs. An email will be sent to you confirming full postage/packing costs.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw;
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad;
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.;
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.

Alle conditionele gebreken worden altijd beschreven.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en exclusief porto.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
