15 day return guarantee, with full refund including original shipping costs for up to 15 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged. Postage of the books is based on the average weight and size of a book. Standard shipping as letter till 2000 grammes (2.0 kg), if your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Bestellen + kosten:

Bestellingen worden afgehandeld in volgorde van binnenkomst.
Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat, tenzij anders beschreven. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen zijn niet altijd aangegeven.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro. Margeregeling is van toepassing en derhalve is geen BTW verschuldigd.
Kosten van verpakking, verzending, aanvullende diensten, in- en uitvoerrechten zijn voor de kosten van de koper.

Orders worden schriftelijk, telefonisch en per e-mail geaccepteerd. Na opgave van naam, adres, telefoonnummer / e-mailadres en de gegevens van de te bestellen boeken.
U ontvangt na de bestelling een opgave van het totaalbedrag.
Bestellingen worden uitgeleverd tegen vooruitbetaling .
Betaling kan via ING-bank in Euro's ten name van EPB Bastiaans, Industrieweg 3 T, 8263 AA Kampen, ING bankrekeningnummer IBAN: NL66 INGB 000 181 3993, BIC: INGBNL2A, of via Paypal alleen voor niet Euro-landen.
Betalingen dienen uiterlijk 7 dagen na de bestelling / verzending van de factuur binnen te zijn.
Bestellingen worden 7 dagen gereserveerd. Indien in die periode geen betaling plaats vindt gaat het bestelde weer in de reguliere verkoop.
Geleverde boeken blijven onze eigendom tot volledige betaling van de factuur heeft plaatsgevonden.

Retourzending:
Recht van retour. Bestellingen kunnen binnen 15 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen, zonder opgave van redenen, maar naar voorafgaand overleg worden geretourneerd.
In geval van onvolledige beschrijving wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto gerestitueerd. In alle andere gevallen draagt de klant zelf de kosten voor retourzending. Retourzendingen moeten ons in dezelfde staat bereiken als waarin ze aan koper werden verzonden.

Retourbetalingen vinden uiterlijk plaats binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de retourgoederen.

Dit is afhankelijk van formaat, gewicht, track & trace, wel of geen verzekering.

Orders accepted electronically, by telephone or by letter. Payment in advance is required once order is confirmed. Shipping charges extra.

Royal Mail Second Class delivery is usually quoted for UK orders.
Royal Mail Airmail is the preferred method of delivery for overseas orders but Royal Mail Surface is also available.

Royal Mail normal conditions of delivery do not include a tracking service. This can be added at extra cost.

All books are plastic wrapped and shipped in professional strong card PandaRoll mailers to protect them in transit.

Enquiries are welcome and extra photographs or scans can be provided.

Return policy;
Books may be returned within 10 days of delivery if not as described.

Shipping Terms:
Prompt worldwide shipping - same-day on weekdays. We never use Jiffy bags; we ship most books in new boxes. All shipments outside the U.S. are sent by air.

United States:
Media mail: $3.75
Priority mail: Most books $10.00

Canada and Mexico:
Books that will fit in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope or small flat rate box: $20.00 or less.

Other countries:
Books that will fit in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope or small flat rate box: $24.00 or less.
If the book you order is not being sent by domestic media mail, and is too large or heavy to fit in a flat rate envelope or small flat rate box, we may have to contact you to let you know that an extra shipping charge will be needed.

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw;
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad;
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.;
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.

Alle conditionele gebreken worden altijd beschreven.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en exclusief porto.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

Refunds
Money refunded if notified within 10 days of receipt; book must be returned in condition sent. If book is as described, and returned for some other reason, than all shipping will be paid by buyer and only book price will be refunded, upon return receipt of book. If I made an error all costs, including shipping both ways, will be refunded. I try to be extremely thorough and honest in my book descriptions, but....people are people and on rare occasions an error or oversight can occur. In such a case, I always make good on MY mistake; you are not stuck paying for my mistake, nor is your disappointment disregarded.

Packaging
I use clean, recycled materials whenever possible, to reduce expenses and to help protect the Earth's resources. I pack books very thoroughly, so that they survive the vagaries of the US and international postal systems in good order; arriving safely, and as described. For US domestic orders, I use USPS Delivery Confirmation address forms on all books, when possible; these provide a handy tracking mechanism which I gladly share with the purchaser.

Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are as close as possible to actual cost of postage and materials. I do not try to profit on shipping, merely to cover my actual costs.
I have no control over the shipping rates set by US Postal Service, and charge what they charge.

For domestic [USA} shipping on standard sized/weight books the cost will be US$ 6.25 for media mail and US$ 9.50 for Priority [If they fit into the 'flat rate envelopes'].
Oversized and extra-heavy books, which are marked as such in the description section of the book, will have shipping prices quoted upon ordering/enquiry.

International shipping rates will be quoted upon ordering. They may differ from the standard rate listed, depending on speed of shipping requested, and size/weight of book. I'm usually able to respond to an order within 24 hours. If you choose Priority Shipping, and the book[s] is oversized/heavy, requiring extra postage, I will contact you with the additional shipping cost, awaiting your approval before processing a credit card for the higher amount. However, since I don't want to hold a book for too long, if I don't hear back from you within 3 calendar days, I will return the book to available inventory.
Ordering a book with the above situation constitutes agreement with this policy.

Domestic [USA] shipping times are approximate: 3-6 business days for priority, 5-20 business days for media mail [I have recently been informed that media mail can now take from 30-45 days; it's loaded only 'if there is room' basis, per USPS].

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as any US Territories or other US Mail recipients, media mail delivery time can range from 4-24 weeks, Air/Priority 5-10 business days.

When possible I ship domestic orders with a "Delivery Confirmation" on them.

Express Shipping:

Price quoted upon ordering. Buyer must supply a zip code + 4 for shipping and phone hnumber; this type of zip code [9 digit total] is required by the Post Office.

Foreign orders: typically, but not always, 10-45 business days. I have no control over the package once I mail it, and customs officials/departments in the receiving country can greatly delay the delivery time. I ship books 3x per week. Shipping days are counted as business/working days; they do not include holidays and weekends.
