All our books are properly described, packaged with care and shipped according to the particular wishes (delay and price) of our customers. The amount added for shipping will ALWAYS correspond to the actual postage costs. You will be contacted by email and asked to approve the shipping costs before we proceed with the order.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment by Paypal. Personal checks and money orders accepted in Canadian Dollars only.

RETURN POLICY
All items can be returned for any reason. Please contact us prior to the return to make arrangements.

Prices nett. Postage and insurance extra. In the case of UK orders, books are sent either by 1st or 2nd class letter post or by parcel post. In the case of overseas orders, books are sent by airmail or surface mail (usually at economy rate). Valuable items are insured. Please e-mail us for advice on delivery/shipping options and charges.

Payment methods:
Payment may be made by Paypal or by cheque in GB pounds.
Payment may also be made by bank transfer - but please contact us in advance by e-mail for advice.

Return policy:
The condition of all books is fully described. However, if a book is found to be unsatisfactory, for whatever reason, it may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will give a full refund including postage. Please e-mail us in advance before returning books.

We pack securely in sturdy cardboard cartons and insure all shipments. Books shipped when payment received. Shipments to the U.S.:  Tariffs on any items published outside the U.S. are payable by the recipient.

Methods of Payment Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, international money order in $US or $CAD, cash.

Return Policy: If your book was misdescribed, your purchase price, including shipping, will be fully refunded when we receive the book back. If you wish to return your book for any other reason within 30 days of receipt, we will refund book price (not shipping) when book is safely returned to us. All items are subject to prior sale. Books may be reserved by phone or e-mail and will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending payment. Please, include as much identifying information as possible (author, title, etc.) in your request.NY sales tax applies to orders shipped within New York state.

Methods of payment -
We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, money orders, wire transfers.
Personal checks are accepted but subject to clearance (usually 5 business days) before
order is shipped. Credit card sales are subject to address verification.

Return policy -
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days and we will gladly refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. Item(s) must be in the same condition as received. If we shipped the wrong book we will refund your purchase price AND shipping costs.
