All books are described as accurately as possible, and every effort is made to dispatch orders the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Books are not invoiced until dispatch. Payment is required before books will be sent. A 10% discount is given to all bona fide dealers.

Return policy;
Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 7 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books does not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.

· Vos commandes seront reçues par courrier électronique, par télécopie, par téléphone voire par lettre.
· A la réception d'une commande effectuée par courrier électronique, une confirmation vous sera retournée par la même voie, avec mention des frais d'expédition.
· Tout paiement devra impérieusement avoir été avant que les marchandises ne soient expédiées. A cet effet, les ouvrages commandés seront réservés pendant un délai de quinze jours.

All books are returnable if the customer is dissatisfied within ten days of purchase. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or money order or check. Payment with order except for those customers known to us. Libraries and institutions invoiced with shipment. All shipments within the U.S. are made by UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping charges: By USPS media mail, $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book. By UPS, $7.00 for the first book; $2.00 for each additional book. Larger, heavier items may result in additional shipping charges. Maryland residents must add 5% sales tax. For customers outside of the U.S., shipment will be made only via insured surface or insured airmail, unless the customer specifically requests an uninsured method (i.e., global priority) and specifically assumes all risks for lost shipments. We send all our books on approval and we gladly accept returns for any reason in like condition within 30 days of purchase.
We now post only via DHL as weight for weight it is a very similar cost to recorded mail, but is fully tracked and much more reliable. This gives next day delivery to places as far afield as New York. Price is based on an average book weighing 1kg. if your book is very light it may be less, or more for sets and the like that are heavier.

Verzending binnen Nederland kost 3,50 euro voor een brievenbuspakje en 6 euro voor een pakketzending.
Verzenden naar een buitenlands adres is geen probleem. Wij verzenden voor € 6,- naar België en voor € 8,50 naar Duitsland. Voor overige bestemmingen zijn de verzendkosten variabel en zullen wij u eerst informeren.

Bestellingen worden na ontvangst van betaling dezelfde dag of de eerstvolgende dag verstuurd. In alle gevallen wordt u op de hoogte gehouden d.m.v. een verzend-update inclusief track en trace code.
