Terms of Sale

All items are offered subject to prior sale. Any contract arising from an order is made under British law. Title to any goods does not transfer from the seller until payment is received in full. Unless instructed otherwise all dispatches will be insured for all risks.
Methods of payment accepted: PayPal; IBAN; Cheque drawn in Sterling; Cash by Registered Mail
Return policy: Any items held to be unsatisfactory may be returned within 7 days of receipt, providing such returns are notified to us in advance.

Terms of Sale

- When you want to order a book, please send us an e-mail or a letter
- We inform you as soon as possible about your request
- All prices are in euro. Postage and insurance are not included.
- You will receive a statement of the total costs in advance.
- Payment by giro- or banktransfer to our bank - account. Despatch only by pre- payment.
- All items are assumed to be complete and in the original or contemporary binding, unless otherwise stated. Minor defects, such as small stamps, tickets, labels and small inscriptions, or unimportant stains or damage to bindings are in general not mentioned.
- All books are in Octavo, unless another format is given.
- Any item may be returned within 7 days after receipt without further explanation. After that restitution of the purchase-price (but not of the dispatch-costs) will take place. If the item is returned because of an inaccurate desription, the dispatch-costs as well as the return-costs will be restituted. In both cases prior notification by e-mail will be appreciated.
