Return of goods

Sometimes, however, books change condition insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers, get taken to and from book fairs, and so on. Most orders will ship within one to two business days, but often times, they will go out on the same day as they are ordered. I've based my shipping costs on the assumption of books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized (extra thick, extra long, etc.), I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Prices are net, shipping costs are excluded (for some tariffs see above). On delivered books margin-scheme is applied (VAT will not be stated on the receipt or invoice). On all items VAT is included in the price.
Books will be sent after payment . In some cases payment can be fulfilled upon delivery (libraries, institutions, etc.).
Each purchase can be returned within 10 days after delivery (we highly appriciate a notification in advance). Purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs
If the returnshipping is the result of an inadequate description, the complete amount of purchase will be refunded. Please note that the items will be returned to us in the same condition as we shipped them. Returnshipping is explicitly at the risk of the buyer!

Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Voor bibliotheken, instellingen en collega-boekverkopers kan in de regel op rekening worden geleverd.
Elke aankoop kan binnen tien dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld). Waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (zonder verzendkosten) volgt.
