Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

· Titles are offered subject to prior sale. The chronology of incoming orders will be strictly respected.
· The books are generally in a good condition (minor defects are not always stated).
· Orders can be made by E-mail, fax, phone or letter.
· An E-mail will be sent to inform about the availability and the total cost (including shipping expenses).
· Payment has to be made in advance. The ordered books will be on hold for you during 2 weeks until we have received your payment.
· Payment can be made via creditcard (VISA or MASTERCARD, AMEX) or via banktransfer to our Belgian bankaccount.
· Forwarding expenses (and insurance - on demand ) are at the buyer's expenses.
· Books are returnable within 14 days.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

· Boeken worden aangeboden mits onverkocht. De volgorde van binnenkomende bestellingen wordt strikt gerespecteerd.
· De staat van de boeken wordt niet gespecifieerd wanneer de werken in gewone goede toestand verkeren (kleinere, niet storende, gebreken zoals een ex-librisstempel, naam op voorblad, minimale slijtage enz. worden niet vermeld).
· Bestellingen kunnen per E-mail, per fax, telefonisch of schriftelijk worden geplaatst.
· Een E-mail wordt gestuurd ter bevestiging van de beschikbaarheid en met details over de verzendingskosten
· Betaling dient te gebeuren alvorens levering ; de bestelde boeken worden gedurende 14 dagen gereserveerd . in afwachting van de betaling.
· Betaling kan gebeuren met kredietkaart (VISA of MASTERCARD, AMEX) of per overschrijving naar Belgische bankrekening.
· Prijzen zijn netto (inclusief BTW) en uitgedrukt in EURO.
· Verzendingskosten zijn ten koste van de koper.
· terugzending is toegestaan binnen de veertien dagen na ontvangst.
· Bijkomende inlichtingen kunnen steeds bekomen worden per E-mail ; delezenaar@telenet.be

Conditions de Vente

· Tout livre commandé sera expédié dans l'ordre de réception des commandes. L'exécution de votre ordre suppose donc que l'ouvrage désiré n'a pas encore été vendu.
· Tant qu'un livre est en bon état, aucun détail à ce sujet ne sera repris dans nos catalogues. Un ex-libris, l'autographe d'un propriétaire précédent, un léger état d'usure qui ne soit pas de nature à déprécier l'aspect général du volume, ne sont pas considérés comme des tares dignes d'être mentionnés.
· Vos commandes seront reçues par courrier électronique, par télécopie, par téléphone voire par lettre.
· A la réception d'une commande effectuée par courrier électronique, une confirmation vous sera retournée par la même voie, avec mention des frais d'expédition.
· Tout paiement devra impérieusement avoir été avant que les marchandises ne soient expédiées. A cet effet, les ouvrages commandés seront réservés pendant un délai de quinze jours.
· Nous pouvons encaisser vos règlements par carte de crédit (VISA, MASTERCARD ou AMEX), ou par virement bancaire.
· Nos prix en EURO s'entendent T.V.A. comprise mais les frais d'expédition restent à charge du client.
Sur demande, et à condition que le client s'engage à en assumer les frais, les envois peuvent être couverts par assurance.
· En cas de refus des marchandises, elles seront reprises par le vendeur dans les quinze jours.
