Per il resto, bell'esemplare, senza fioriture (cosa rara) della prima edizione di questo saggio di Proudhon, il cui titolo, tra l'altro, ispirò Tolstoi (che aveva fatto visita a Proudhon proprio nel 1861) per il suo capolavoro. “Proudhon y affirme, contre la tradition philosophique dominante, l’existence d’un droit de la force et de la guerre comme principe de justice. Cette thèse se retrouve à l’oeuvre chez les philosophes de la nouvelle école (Sorel) et chez les praticiens théoriciens du syndicalisme révolutionnaire (Pouget). Affirmer un droit de la force (qui ne se confond pas nécessairement avec la violence), c’est affirmer que l’action directe syndicaliste (la grève) peut être productrice de droit. C’est affirmer également que la guerre sociale que mène le prolétariat contient de manière immanente un principe de justice.”

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief btw. Verzendkosten bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.
