All books are in octavo and in original cloth binding unless otherwise stated. Minor inscriptions have been ignored.
BOOKS WILL BE DESPATCHED IMMEDIATELY ON ORDER TO RECOGNISED CREDIT ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS. ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS CAN ARRANGE PRIOR PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR CHEQUE; A PRO-FORMA INVOICE CAN BE ISSUED IF REQUIRED. CREDIT ACCOUNTS CAN BE ESTABLISHED SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY TRADE REFERENCES. ALL BOOKS ARE COVERED BY INSURANCE WHILST IN TRANSIT.
We accept payment by Sterling Cheque, Access, Mastercard, Barclaycard, Visa, and American Express. To use these facilities please quote card number and expiry date together with your name and address.
Despatch and insurance are extra.
UK customers please add £7.00 for the first book, and £2.00 for each subsequent book ordered. Overseas customers: Europe Japan and North America please add £7.00 per book; Australia and New Zealand please add £9.50 per book; Rest of the world please add £11.00 per book; Heavier items will incur higher charges, we will notify you before processing your order.

We offer a no-quibble returns policy as long as books are returned within 7 days of receipt and you have contacted us before returning. If the reason for return is our error we will credit return postage.

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, JCB, or Solo cards. UK customers may also pay by Postal Order or cheque payable to The Glass Key or by PayPal (to glasskey@3-c.coop).

Overseas customers may also pay by Sterling Bank Cheque, PayPal, International Money Order or Direct Bank Transfer.
We also have a French bank account and can accept payment by direct transfer in Euros if this is more convenient – please ask for details.

Books will be sent first class in the UK and by airmail overseas unless alternative delivery methods are requested. Postage is charged at cost.

All prices in U.S. dollars. Payment by PayPal. Customers within New York State will be charged the sales tax applicable in their locality.

Books may be returned within ten days if unsatisfactory.

Shipping Terms:
Prompt worldwide shipping - same-day on weekdays. We never use Jiffy bags; we ship most books in new boxes. All shipments outside the U.S. are sent by air.

United States:
Media mail: $3.75
Priority mail: Most books $10.00

Canada and Mexico:
Books that will fit in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope or small flat rate box: $20.00 or less.

Other countries:
Books that will fit in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope or small flat rate box: $24.00 or less.
If the book you order is not being sent by domestic media mail, and is too large or heavy to fit in a flat rate envelope or small flat rate box, we may have to contact you to let you know that an extra shipping charge will be needed.

Postage $7.00 per book US for priority shipping/ Federal Express for first book and $2.00 for each succeeding title thereafter or $5.00 for Media mail shipping for first book & $1.00 for each succeeding title.(please note that packages shipped this method can take up to four weeks to arrive). International Orders $17.00 for surface rate shipping (we do try to use Global Priority Mail for quicker service whenever possible) over-sized books or heavy books would be quoted separately. All books mailed with care and in most cases will include automatic delivery confirmation for tracking ability. We offer a 20% dealer discount. Please let us know if order is for resale. Email preferred, or leave message on answering machine. We check messages at least twice a day. Always buying individual titles or collections of Modern First Editions, SF/Fantasy & Mystery. Please contact us for details.

Refunds
