If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also refund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error. Please send us an email before making a return. Shipping Costs:
US shipping via Media Mail (4-21 days) is USD $3.00, Priority (1-3 days) is USD $6.00.
Most shipments outside of the United States can be sent via Global Priority for USD $14.50 and will arrive at most destinations in about 7 days.
Heavy books will require additional postage. Please inquire if you require overnight or other expedited shipping.

Taxes:
Sales tax at the current rate will be charged to Massachusetts rsidents.

We trade books according the rules of the I.L.A.B. (International League of Antiquarian Booksellers) of which we are a member. Prices are net. Shipping is not included. We charge shipping costs at the rates of the Belgian Postal Services. In our order confirmation we state the actual costs. Books can be returned within 10 days after delivery with our explicit consent if they do not correspond to the description. As payment we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. or IBAN banktransfer. For orders with a value over 500 EURO other payment methods can be arranged but this needs to be settled when placing the order. We berekenen de verzendkosten volgens de tarieven van de Belgische Post. De exacte verzendkosten worden in onze bestelbevestiging opgegeven. Bestelde boeken kunnen teruggestuurd worden binnen 10 dagen indien ze niet overeenstemmen met de beschrijving en na ons expliciet accoord. Als betaling aanvaarden we Visa, Mastercard, American Express en IBAN bankoverschrijving op onze bankrekening te Antwerpen : 320-0402327-41. IBAN BE 88 320 040 232 741, BIC BBRUBEBB. Nous gérons notre librairie suivant les règles du L.I.L.A. (Ligue Internationale de la Librairie Ancienne), dont nous sommes membre. Les prix sont net. Les frais de port ne sont pas inclus. Nos tarifs pour les envois sont ceux de la Poste Belge. Les frais exacts sont communiqués dans notre acceptation de commande. Un livre commandé peut être retourné s'il ne corresponds pas à la description, seulement dans un délai de dix jours après la réception et avec notre accord explicit. Comme paiement nous acceptons carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express et paiement bancaire IBAN sur notre compte à Anvers : 320-0402327-41. IBAN BE 88 320 040 232 741, BIC BBRUBEBB.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

- Betaling: voor nieuwe relaties vooraf op IBAN: NL32INGB0000988262 t.n.v. De Hanze te Harderwijk.

- Boeken verkeren in goede antiquarische staat tot nieuw, tenzij anders vermeld.
- Kleine afwijkingen als netjes geschreven naam op schutblad en beperkt aantal potloodstreepjes in tekst worden niet altijd vermeld.
- Prijzen zijn in Euro’s en inclusief BTW.
- Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening koper. Bestellingen boven 100 Euro worden binnen Nederland franco verzonden. Tussen 50 en 100 Euro wordt binnenslands de helft van de portokosten berekend. Zendingen naar het buitenland genieten een evenredige korting op de porti.
- Boeken worden in de regel pas verstuurd na ontvangst van de verschuldigde gelden.
- Boeken die niet aan de verwachting voldoen kunnen binnen 8 dagen geretourneerd worden. Restitutie van de betaling volgt direct na ontvangst van de retourzending.
- Restitutie van de portokosten vindt slechts plaats bij aantoonbaar onjuiste boek-beschrijving.

Conditions of delivery: books are send daily as soon as the payment is recieved.
The book can be returned within 7 days after it has been acquired, and it's price is refunded. The costs are covered if the mistake (in the case there actually is a mistake) is ours.
