Contemporary ownership inscription in vol. 2, head of spine to vol. 1 bumped and sl. split, vol. 1 sl. shaken, good in d/ws., d/w. on vol. 1 lightly soiled and chipped with spine faded, t.e.maroon. ¶ Both volumes inscribed by Michael Foot - ‘Kindest regards Mollie & Aldwyn Rendle Michael Foot April 18, 1974.’ [and] ‘Michael Foot June 1963.’ Inscription in volume 1 reads ‘Ron Evans agent to Aneurin Bevan and Michael Foot.’
