This work offers an extensive variety of recipes from America, as the author states, many of the recipes in this work had not previously been printed in England. Illustrated with a frontispiece. Written anonymously. It is stated that the author spent years collecting rare and valuable recipes from around the world. Publisher's adverts to the pastedowns and endpapers. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. Boards and spine are a little discoloured. Small crack to the head of the front joint. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A couple of marks to the boards and spine. Hinges are starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound.
