Argent a Pile Gules three amulets one and two Counterchanged A Chief of the Second thereon three Garbs or, for crest on a wreath of the colours A demiunicorn couped Argent Armed Hoofed and Crined Or the Sinister foot resting on an Inescocheon Gules charged with a Leopards Face Gold.." The vellum indenture is housed in a black leather and gilt tooled wooden case (lid detached) with two seals. The case measures: 56cm long x 15cm wide x 6cm deep, with two gilt metal skippets containing red wax seals in very good condition . The indenture measures 50cm wide x 54cm long . ** Family history records show that: Samuel Addison was born on 13 August 1766 in Eccleshall, Staffordshire, his father, Samuel, was 43 and his mother, Sarah, was 41. He married Mary Kendrick on 22 February 1792 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire. He was involved in his Father\'s Banking Company : "Samuel Addison & Sons". They had three children during their marriage. He died in May 1849 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire, having lived a long life of 82 years.
